Cashier had trash attitude, sandwich wasn't cut all the way through, chili was 3 out of ten so edible. No ice in soda machine. Never gave me my receipt. Never offered me chips with meal. TRASH!

To be perfectly honest, this used to be my favorite lunch option, but the last time I went I was incredibly disappointed, they put WAY too much mustard of my sandwich, forgot to leave the sandwich "guts" to dip into my soup, and the soup was gross! Very disappointed and won't be stopping anytime soon.

Every time I order from here I order a sandwich with salami, provolone, and oregano. 3 things. Yet somehow this store has messed up my order every single time in the last 3 visits. Not removing the capicola is annoying but manageable, however putting mayo on a sandwich that isn't even supposed to have it on the original menu item, and forgetting the cheese is unforgivable. I'm not sure if the people here are incompetent or just don't care, but either way it is no way to run a business.

I’ve been to many Erberts and Gerbert’s and this is by far the worst. They forgot half the ingredients on one of our sandwiches, and there was no sauce on the sandwich. It was too expensive to be this gross

Place an order for 2 sandwiches and had add-on extra Turkey on both sandwiches.I did not get any of the add ones that I had ordered. Because the order was placed with Uber Eats, they refuse to help me. Full disclosure. I got my money back through Uber. It will take 10 days but I didn't want my money back. I wanted the food. If anything you take away from this review, just understand that if you place an order, go into the store to check your order. Otherwise, they will not help you, and you will not get what you want.
