Just got home and opened the bag for my Goliath sub. Very disappointed overall. The sup was thrown together and not even hot. I had to add cheese and microwave it before I ate it and then the lettuce wilted into the mayo. Not going back.

Was my first time trying this sandwich shop and it was pretty mediocre. I ordered the spicy Italian and it was poorly made. Toppings on one side not the other, cheese all in one pile.. I wouldn’t recommend.

I ordered a boney Billie on wheat bread, pulled away and opened it and it was on white bread so I went back to the drive thru window and the young kid opened the window and I said I ordered this on wheat bread and he looked at me and said I can’t do anything about that. I said you made it wrong and you can’t fix it and he said no, I said your kidding right then and older man behind him said it would be 10 minutes to make a new sandwich. I drove away and erberts and Getberts will never ever get my business again, such horrible customer service service!

Placed an order to have my sandwich delivered to my business address. No one rang the doorbell. So, they just left the bag laying on the ground with my food in it. I have never had an issue with the 25th St. S Fargo store before. I tried two different telephone numbers for the store and no one ever answered the phone. I called multiple times. I had to call the help line for Erbert and Gerberts. The delivery driver DID NOT deserve a tip. They put onions on my sandwich (Halleys Comet), which does not come with onions. I will think twice before placing an order at this location again.

If zero was an option that's my rating. The chicken was old. The cheddar broccoli soup was old, runny, brown and cold. The pop machine had no ice. I threw it away.

MOLD MOLD MOLD! If you love drinking black mold visit this store! There’s mold in the Ice dispenser, drink dispenser and even on the surface of the soda machine! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Never thought a sandwich shop that has won awards can be this GROSS! Do better Erbert and Gerberts.
Managed to be much lower quality than Subway with even worse prices. The “steak” was what I’d imagine horse meat tastes like. Waste of $15

Cashier had trash attitude, sandwich wasn't cut all the way through, chili was 3 out of ten so edible. No ice in soda machine. Never gave me my receipt. Never offered me chips with meal. TRASH!
