Went there around 11:30 on a Saturday, they were supposed to have been open at 10:30. No one u locked the doors until I was standing outside trying to get in. I felt like they were upset that they had a customer? I don’t know. Also not impressed with my soup and sandwich.

Terrible place. $10 for a sandwhich half the size of subway? Then after I ordered, I realized I wanted to add pickles to my sandwiche. PICKLES. The employee immediately said “I’ll have to charge you for that”. Add on for pickles?!? Absolutely rediculous.

Just stopped in more than 1/2 hour before close for a quick lunch. I stood alone in the store for a few minutes before it seemed like no one was working. I walked around until it seemed hopeless and then I left. It appeared as though they had closed early and failed to lock the door well.

Food took 45 mins to come to me ! Was left at my door with no notification or doorbell and I live less then a mile from downtown my bread was hard (didn’t ask for day old bread sandwich) asked for jalapeño chip and received the wrong chips I asked for no oil and vinegar on my sandwich …. What kind of chips do you think I received…..sea salt and vinegar?!!!!

The downtown location is a joke. RUDE service, IF any, all you get is "I'm sorry" for everything they do wrong. Not worth it at all, waited over an hour and a half for NOTHING and they still took my money. Stuck with no lunch and a low blood sugar. THANKS A

I think everyone should be aware of cleanliness issues at this location. I was told to keep making sandwiches even though my gloves had been ripped through. Cause it takes too much time to change them. I would expect that customers are willing to wait 40 seconds for an employee to follow health department policy. Public trust and all that...

I was visiting Fargo over Mother's Day weekend. My son and I were going to eat lunch at this location (Broadway) on Saturday, May 11, 2024. We walked in and were the only customers there. There was an employee behind the counter. He looked unkept and very unprofessional. I'd never been there before and had a few questions. The employee came over and I asked if there were different size options for the sandwiches. He seemed perturbed by my question and mumbled "I'll give you time to look at the menu" and then he walked into the back. My son and I decided on what we wanted and after 3 or 4 minutes the guy came out of the back and approached us. I told my son to order whatever he wanted and I'd order after. The guy mumbled something under his breath that neither of us could make out as he walked to the back again without taking our order! We stood there for another 3 or 4 minutes. I told my son this was unacceptable customer service and we should find somewhere else to eat. We ended up eating at another restaurant on Broadway that day. I was looking forward to eating at Erbert & Gerberts since my son (Fargo resident) had told me that their food was really good. Maybe next time I visit there will be someone else working who has some customer service skills and wants to wait on customers.

I went to the Erberts and Gerberts in Moorhead. They have a friendly staff that'll go out of their way for you. They make good sandwiches here and they do it quickly too. Had one little misunderstanding and they made it right. Great staff and great service guys! Thanks for being here for us!

Came in around 320 and were informed the lobby was closed so we'd have to eat outside. The service otherwise was polite but once we sat down to eat we got a bunch of bread and hardly anything inside. Needless to say we won't be coming back.Just as I'm about to leave and post this I see another patron in the lobby eating... hmm thought the lobby was closed..
