If I could give this place a zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst service ever. Horrible employees working this evening.

Staff was very nice, food was very quick and delicious. The bread was nice and light so even though it was a huge sandwich I didn't feel like a nap right after lol. Great spot close to I94 and I29.

I absolutely love firehouse subs. Best place in Fargo to get a sub hands down! Don't waste your time with subway when you can get quality you can taste at firehouse. This is in my top three places to get a sub in town! I've tries every sub and would order every one again.

I brought the same thing that I had the first time.Brought it home which was about 5 minutes away. I took it out and the whole one side was wet. Don't know what could have made it wet, wet... very wet,.. soaked. (lol) Gross! The sandwich was not good at all.I didn'take a picture. I forgot because of the wet bread. HahahaaOh Firehouse, at your prices you should be consistent.Disappointed

You're workers should not lie about the order instead of saying we're finishing it up and then continue handing out two other orders why don't they say It will be a few minutes we'll get started on it here shortly I shouldn't have to sit there 10 minutes after them saying oh we're finishing it up and continue on with two other orders

If you like burnt food, this is the place for you.Not a big fan of ordering doordash for my family's lunch and watching them pull apart the edible parts from the inedible parts.This has happened once before and I chalked it up to a bad day. Now that it's happened twice, guess I'll call it a theme. What a shame...Firehouse has always been a favorite in the other states I've lived in. Good thing there's plenty of other choices in the area.

Staff was overwhelmed by the lunch rush and it caused quite a long wait time, and I believe they even lost someone's order. Food was really good but with the place being so crowded it wasn't the most comfortable spot to eat, probably should have took it togo.
