5 guys has always had some of the best burgers and fries in town. Always delicious and always a ton of fries. This time though, i felt shorted on the fries. Don't get me wrong, it was still more than enough for a meal, but I've come to expect an insane amount in the past, to the point I can use half for dinner the next day. Still super delicious, but what happened to the crazy fry portions!

Ordered for pickup. Was handed a very greasy bag of food. The outside of the bag was so drenched with grease from pouring the fries in without a container that I didn't dare set it down anywhere. Hamburgers were just okay and fries soggy. Very disappointed in our first try at Five Guys.

I like this location way more than in north Fargo. Food is more delicious, juicier. Besides it staff is super nice here . In other location staff with not happy faces and food so fry . I recommend this location!!!

On September 8th, I visited Five Guys with a family member. Unfortunately, the loud and inappropriate music made it challenging to have a conversation. I still placed my order, but the staff had difficulty hearing me. I had to repeat myself twice to ensure clarity.Upon arriving home and opening the bag, I was disappointed to find that my order was not as requested. I asked for a burger without cheese and with tomato slices, lettuce, and mayo, but what I received was a plain burger without any of the requested toppings. This left me quite dissatisfied with my overall experience.
