In Fargo for the week and wanted to golf and golf addiction looked fun so booked a 2 hr slot for me and my brother to go. This was my first time hearing of golf addiction and no where in the booking process is there any mention of age requirements to use the sims. Upon showing up to our slotted time I was asked if we were both 18 years old because that is the requirement unless the person under 18 is accompanied by an adult, I am a full grown adult with my 17 year old brother but I was told we were unable to golf because I was not his parent or legal guardian. If the policy is must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian then maybe that is what it should say instead of adult and maybe it should be put out there where you sign up so people can actually see it before showing up. Thank you for wasting our Saturday night!

Was in Fargo for the weekend and stopped by Golf Addiction for the first time to see about getting a time to use the simulator. Which was not being used at all. Walked in and the gentleman working was talking with some guys at a table and saw us come in. We walked up to the bar and was going to have a drink and see about golfing. We sat there for 15 minutes while he visited with the table. I looked at him several times and he saw us there but would not come and wait on us. After 20 my husband and I walked out as the table and him looked right at us. Never have I been to an establishment where I was completely ignored. So unprofessional and never would I go back. Ended up making a golf time with Suite Shots and could not ask for a better establishment. Customer service and great atmosphere.

First time visiting one of these. The learning curve going from a Trackman to the Golf Addiction software took some time. But after a few minutes things were going smoothly. The staff was very friendly and they set me up right from the start and they were there if I were to run into any troubles.

I have frequented Golf Addiction both for league and lunch. The service has always been on par! Being newer to the area, winter league allowed me to have a winter hobby and meet new people. Paige and the crew at GA do an amazing job.
