Overall good place to eat. I got the large sandwich as someone who gets full east and finished the whole thing. Fries were salty but good. Had to get a receipt code for the bathroom.

Tried to go there yesterday at 8:25 pm. Online says it closes at 9, the door says it closes at 9, but today I see on Google Reviews that it closes at 8. Seriously, do you want customers or not? We were locked out, and the staff just stared at us as I stood there, baffled, wondering why they were closing at 8:25 when everywhere except this page says they close at 9 pm. I know some of these are franchise stores, and I will be taking my business to one of those because I know they will be open when they say.

The food is decent but the wait time is ridiculous. My doordash driver had to apologize on their behalf taking 20+ minutes for my single sandwich and fries order.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Grand Junction. I ordered a Chicken Cordon Blue, and when I opened it, I found hair inside. I tried to resolve the issue by calling multiple times—four calls in total—but no one picked up. I left a message each time hoping a manager or owner would call me back, but nothing. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and it's incredibly frustrating when you can't even get anyone to address your concerns. I won’t be coming back after this. Definitely not the quality or care I expected. I guess I will have to go to the Moorhead location from here on out.

I haven't been to this location in a few years, I usually go to the one on 13th Ave. I heard this place is now under the same ownership as the other location so came by to check things out.

The very first thing I noticed was it was cleaner than a few years back. And the food was pretty good. I think I can see myself coming back to this location again in the future, it seems like it's turning around from how I remember it.

Stopped in for this memorable favorite of years past on 9 March 2025. As others have said, the restrooms are quite sad and dirty. The restaurant feels a little dirty too. However, my food was delicious and prepared well.

Shoutout to the single person that was working. He mentioned he was running solo for the day, and he kept a smile on his face while he whipped up 7 orders for our group and about 5 other orders, alone, correctly, safely, and efficiently.

-2 for cleanliness
+2 for attitude & food

I'll likely return, but it'd be great if someone would take a day to really polish up this joint.

We ordered today. You have different sandwiches than the Moorhead location. We feel we got robbed. Absolute garbage. Changed lettuce? Dry? Gross. You owe me $28.79.

Yeah, the walls have grease on them, the food is messy, and sometimes service is slow. Been coming here for idk how many years now, still remains a constant craving. The employees have become closer to family than people making me a sandwich. Very much highly recommend.
