ordered and waited 20 mins for my food to never be made. probably about 5 guys in the kitchen leaving the only NOT-trained guy to do everything. ALSO THE OWNER WAS IN THE BUILDING. i asked for a refund and then was made waiting again while the dude was in the back probably dickin around. can't wait for my refund in 2-3 days.

I watched the cook take out his cell phone with his gloves on while cooking my sandwich and continue using the same gloves to finish making my sandwich which is pretty gross. It took 25 minutes to get a sandwich and cold french fries. I also paid for ranch and never got it. Not my best experience with Grand Junction.

First time going here ,kinda busy place ,kinda clean but tables still had crumbs of previous people ,the area around straws and condiments kinda dirty, The food is good Had the Cordon Blue Chicken ,very yummy as for my fries they were kinda over cooked burnt on almost all of them and very crunchy. But I'd totally recommend ?
A regular stop for me. Great place for sandwiches that are wonderful. A local favorite with several locations, with good reason. Glad to have their 19th Ave location so close by.

I love grand junction, however this location is the most disgusting place I have been in a while. An employee reached down the back of his pants to pull up his underwear while making my food and handling my sandwich. There is gross debris all over the walls and the ceilings. The entire building is absolutely revolting. It is not hard to sweep and mop. Or to just wipe down the ceiling with a broom after hours. I do not even want to eat my 20$ meal. I will not be returning, and I am considering calling a health inspector. ☹️☹️☹️
Bathroom gross. Nice staff. 3 meats grilled and chopped into a less appealing homogeneous blend... Taste was average/ok.

Went in to order to go, and I'm glad I did. When we walked in I say said Hello to the go gal that was sweeping, but she didn't acknowledge us. The booths, floors, and counters were sticky. The screen used to sign when you pay was GROSS. The food, however, was decent tasting & hot, but overpriced. My entire rating is based on the cleanliness of the store.
