Awesome food, great service, even upgraded my fries for free. Come from out of town, stop here and eat great food.

Trying to figure out what people love about this place. I ordered the Philly and it was mediocre at best. I would take a Jersey Mikes or even Subway before this. What am I missing? Please tell me what you recommend here!

The worst sub I've ever had. Bread was rock hard, very little meat, and all lettuce. Fries were so burnt, I couldn't eat those either!!
