Grand Junction Grilles Subs is a great place in east Fargo, near Moorhead, to grab a quick sub. I got the equivalent of a meat lovers sub and it was pretty good. Plenty of meat but definitely should've asked for barbecue or another sauce on the side. The fries looked great but we didn't order any so would recommend trying these as well.

This place has changed. I wish someone had warned me. If you haven't been here in a few years it's not the same.. Half the meat, half the fries, and 50% more cost. Only a two people before and took 25 minutes to get my combo. This was at 7pm so maybe it's better at lunch when management is around?

Food was amazing! We had a cordon bleu and philly with fries and everything was cooked to perfection. The guy that took our order was very polite and the restaurant was very clean. It's a little spendy but definitely worth the money!
Waited 25 mins for food the guy saw my sub was wrong and still closed my Togo box hoping I didn’t see, but I did. Then he tried to stop me to make it right after he saw me upset. I refused as I had waited for so long. 4 minute car ride home and my fries are cold. Customer service was

Really fresh and hearty subs.You have to get the chicken cordon bleu and their home fries. The baguette is French/Vietnamese style. Fluffy inside and a slight crunch on the outside. This is a casual dining spot and we mostly get our order to go. The inside is clean with seatings areas and there will be families here after a baseball game sometimes. It's so much better than big chain sub shops any given day. Even when it's hot inside from all the cooking and frying, it's still good. Service is decent as you are looking at ordering and get a buzzer when your food is ready. Generally fast and I don't expect much else. The order is accurate and it still feels like a home spot to come by whenever possible. Big portions too, so share or save the extra for later.
