Ordered online. It took 20 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready for them to bring my order out. They were not friendly at all and never ever apologized for being 20 minutes late. Worst part was one of my orders was missing when I got back to the office!

Ordered takeout, wait time was more than double what was stated when ordering, sides were not correct. Steaks were cooked perfectly. Staff did not greet customers nor smile.

I ordered online. About 2 mins after I place my order I received a call from Brittany saying that they were out of one of my app items. She happily said that they would replace it with another app item. Customer service is amazing! Thank you! Shout out to Brittany!

I ordered the potpie for 17 dollars through doordash.
the crust was undercooked, the chicken was sliced up deli chicken, it had hardly any carrots, only vegetable in it was peas. The gravy was salty and hardly edible.
I try really hard not to complain but when im spending 17 dollars just on a menu item, even if its bad i still expect it to be fully cooked and good quality.

Terrible service. our server walked all around our table and avoided us at all costs. food took forever to come out and at separate times. they forgot to bring drinks, forgot what we ordered and so much more. never come here.

Service was prompt & excellent. Chicken pot pie sauce was thin, tasteless, and the only chicken in it was thin shreds of what appeared to be sliced lunch meat. Vegetables very thin. Crust over done. Dined in with a guest. Chose not to embarrass guest or the very good server by requesting manager on the spot.

My wife and I came here Saturday evening. As usual I was impressed with the atmosphere of Granite City. It has a nice upscale modern feel too it. We were seated quickly, where in the past even during slower times we have had to wait a little bit. After being seated our drink orders were taken quickly and I was happy to see they had an Octoberfest Menu. I ordered Spaezle (Pasta) with a Pork Schnitzel. My wife ordered the pot roast. The presentation of the food was very professional. The taste however of both our meals were overpowered with salt. It was not enough to return the meal but it was enough to make a comment to our waitress in hopes this is passed on to the kitchen. Overall our experience this trip was nice and pleasant. The prices are fair and what one would expect.

I went in and put myself on the waitlist and gave them my phone number, I called a while later to check on my status and they said they called my name. They never actually called my number and said they would put me back on the waitlist but I had to go to the end of the list.
