I went to Hardee's to pick up food for myself and my husband. I ordered a chicken blt, and the hand breaded chicken station was not set up when I arrived. None of the workers (including the manager) showed any inclination to hurry to set it up. This was on top of being ignored for 5 minutes while waiting to put in my order at the front counter. By the time the food was ready, the chocolate shake I had ordered for my husband was melted. The attached picture is the employees moving at their fastest speed.

Ridiculous!!! Takes an hour to get food at a drive through!! Cars were leaving in front of us!! This is the absolute worst place I've ever been! I will never go to a Hardee's again...! Worst place ever!!

The guy working the drive thru was not enthused to be there. Which I get, working for a living sucks, doesn't it. You chose your profession. Don't be an ass.

Went through there drive Thur today and ordered two Frisco double, the bread was not toasted, there were only two strips of bacon, curly fries were cold and soggy. Pretty sad u spend over 30 dollars for a shit meal. Would recommend eat some where eles.

Ordered a mushroom and Swiss meal which the fries and burger were cold, and the burger had no mushrooms just the burger and cheese. My husband got the number 1 which was also cold. Took 15 minutes to even get our order. We won't be going back as this is the 3rd bad experience in a row.
