Went through drive through and Lex was so kind. She answered my questions was clear when speaking. She made sure to ask if my order was complete, she didn't assume. At the window she greeted me with a smile and repeated my order. We made small talk and she was very genuine. If everyone at this location was like her I would go out of my way to go there. I love Frisco burgers..the ones I had today was like biting thru sponges. I know its not easy when busy but c'mon! I've been eating these sandwiches for years..today? I had to throw them out..soggy..blahhhh

Fries were old and overcooked/old frying oil. Hot ham and cheese was gross and the shake was chalky. They closed two locations in town they might as well close them all.
I ordered at the Hardees on main in fargo. I paid for the order at the window. After waiting for over 10 minutes for my food I decided to leave. I wasn't able to wait any longer. Spent a alot of money for a cup of water.

Everything we got was gross. I sent a letter to the manager, but never heard a word. I will never go back I have noticed that if you leave a bad review its basically a copy & paste answer with just the person's name actually put in. But if you leave a good review, then they ask you to join rewards program and get specials. What a joke
