My favorite burger is a Swiss & mushroom. I can't find a restaurant at all my locations so when I found one close to one of the clinics I attend, it was like the frosting on top. It was good as always.Parking: Fargo, ND. Was not a large lot but adequate.

Placed order for 2 identical meals and when i waited in drive up for 5 mins. I went inside and waited another 5 mins before i was asked if i had ordered(3 employees) i said i am waiting on order. No ambition to get my order, no get up and go to from the 3 employees. My order missed 1 shake and 1 fries, 2 big ham and cheese had been so soggy i tossed it all in garbage. This has happened for 2 yrs off and on and this is my absolute last time.

My wife and stopped in on Saturday March 30th in the afternoon. I had a Fish Combo. The Bun on the fish was old the top of the bun was breaking off in pieces. On the fish sandwich hardly any tarter sauce, had 2 pieces of whole lettuce supposed to be shredded. Same with wife fish. I had Curly fries i could tell it was the bottom of the bag, no curly fries just little pieces. Went to the men's bathroom the toilet paper dispenser the front cover is off. Tables were dirty. Front door needs fixing too. I was working there when it opened the place has gone down Hill badly. Staff in STREET CLOTHES, THE COOK WEARING A HODDIE. NO UNIFORMS. ? I think it needs new MGRS. and workers who care. Not just about their paycheck either.

Went through the drive thru and the person on the mic was professional and kind. I ordered a hot ham and cheese combo and a single hot ham and cheese sandwich. Didn't get a ham and cheese combo, instead I got the monster burger combo. My single ham and cheese sandwich was on a burnt bun and the edges were hard. I put the ham and cheese on a hamburger bun at home. Chicken sandwich I ordered for my mother was overcooked, rock hard. Staff needs to listen and pay attention so they don't mess up people's order like this. This location needs work and Staff that will take their job seriously. It's either bad food or a drive thru out of order. I will never go to this place again. I will stick to the main Ave location, atleast they get stuff right.

Definitely not one of the better Hardee's. I actually tried it twice in hopes that it was just an off night. I like the Fisco sandwiches and got the burger one night and the breakfast sandwich a few mornings later. The burger was under cooked and the bread wasn't even toasted, let alone grilled. The breakfast was a little better as the bread was slightly toasted, but it's just not the same as a nice grilled sandwich, which is what its supposed to be. You can indeed find Hardee's restaurants that will do it correctly but, unfortunately, this isn't one of them. The interaction I had with the crew was even worse when I tried to get it corrected. This store manager should be embarrassed as it's clearly a store culture problem.
Glad they are still open! Fries were not good though...

I have yet to have a waiting time less than 18 mins in the drive through. The intercom working is 50/50 or they're to lazy to use it. Last 3 times I've gotten a ham and cheese they microwave it so much it doesn't have cheese on it anymore it all run off in the wrapper. The last few time my kid got a cheese burger it was hard as a hockey puck and threw it away.
