Visited Himalayan Yak for dinner during a weekend trip to Fargo as a Canadian. This is one of the few restaurant options in the city with a decent vegan menu (there were at least 7 menu items that were entirely vegan). I guess one of the main reasons my wife and I come to the Himalayan Yak, other than we enjoy Indian food, is they are open Mondays. I did enjoy the old location on 25th a little better than this location.
