My silverware was maybe dirty or like leftover whatever from dish washer I wiped it but ended up asking for another set it was the same way as first one waiter asked if I wanted hot water to let my silverware soak I said no because I wanted to eat. Food was okay.

Ordered the cinna-stack, which was supposed to have cinnamon roll filling layered between each pancake. It arrived completely dry. When I told the waitress, she said it's not supposed to have filling, even though it's in the menu description AND picture. She took it back and added a tiny amount in between as a "favor" to me. After that, it was ok, but the staff should learn how to make the items on the menu, or put out a new menu if it's wrong.

I've had some great take-out orders from this place. They use butter!!! That makes them a winner from the start imo. So many breakfast food places in the area use margarine. I find that very frustrating. The buttery goodness :) of my toast and waffles and french toast, etc... is divine, and IHOP gets that. I'm a fan and will order again.
Now IHop just needs to make its whipped topping real whipping cream instead of the poor substitute that it is. I can't eat that.

Horrible. Everytime I have come here there is always a 30 min wait and not enough people working. It’s happened so many times that I stopped coming and just leave. Save yourself some time and don’t go, they most likely don’t have enough workers
I stopped for breakfast before going to the office. The restaurant was clean and I was seated right away. I had the strawberry and banana waffle platter. The food tasted great and the service was good.
