Ordered from uber eats and did not provide a tracking system. Waited 1hr30 some minutes so i had to call the store directly to see when my order is going to arrive. Got an answer from a rude worker name Kristi. Interrupted me several times for asking a question??? and Hanged up on me right away before I finished talking. Like if you hate your job maybe quit 😂😂

I am visiting my Mom in town, my Mom loves this place. We start walking towards the shop and there’s a gal with an insomnia cookies polo smoking a cigarette by the entrance. We r not smokers and don’t like being around smoke.
She was polite with a delightful demeanor and said she would be right with us. She said 2 of the options we wanted were not available. ‘They just got a new shipment & she didn’t have time to unload them yet’ (yet she had time to smoke a cigarette)
She said it would take 6 minutes for the brownies to be done… she was smart enough to give my Moms brownie and ice cream first while we wait for the brownies.
I sat there and waited about 10 minutes while she was in the back the whole time.. no update..then a crowd came in and she helped about 6 more people which took another 10 minutes..
Then another customer asked for one of the cookies I asked for which the worker said was unavailable… but she told the lady it would be a 20 minute wait, so after she was finished helping the lady and was on her way to the back, I asked if she could add one for me too. She said ‘exchange it with a brownie?’ I said ‘no, just add it’. She asked me again and I said it again.. seemed like she was trying to get out of doing more work.
I waited another 15 minutes & by this time my Mom was finished with her brownie for 10 minutes.. the worker was in the back and two more workers just got there so they were telling each other about the day… she finally came out with my brownies 30 minutes after we had ordered to tell give them to us. I had to remind her I hadn’t paid for the cookie yet.. she politely rang me up and gave me the receipts as requested.
I really didn’t like the lack of communication. Maybe they were short staffed.. I won’t be going back there even if my Mom wants to. I’ll let my Mom go on her own.

Never had them. In town on business saw them on DoorDash. I ordered them found out DoorDash doesn’t do the delivering. And I had been waiting with no tracking system. They told me to call the store which I did and the lady the answered the was crazy rude. She interrupted me talking twice and said yep it’s on its way if not there already….. . If it was here I wouldn’t have called and this was over 30 minutes after order just a 6 pack. Will absolutely not give customer service like that my return business.

My wife and I stopped by Insomnia Cookies while in town for our daughter’s wrestling tournament — and we felt like kids again going out late just for a cookie run!
The cookies were warm, gooey, and hit the spot, and the late-night vibe was perfect. The staff was friendly, the shop smelled like heaven, and the whole experience was a fun little memory in the making.
If you’re in Fargo and craving something sweet after hours, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back on our next visit!
