I rarely, well possibly ever, have written a bad review. The amount of times the staff touched their phones, were eating, and proceeded to prepare food without any hand washing….was gross. I kindly said they should really wash their hands after touching their phones and the staff snickered and thought it was funny. I wouldn’t have written the review otherwise, but someone needs to know before a customer ends up sick.

I said my name is Daniel and they put it down as gail??? Messed up my sandwich with another persons, made me a different sandwhich when I clearly said I wanted a chipotle chicken. My friend said he wanted mayo and lettuce but they gave him tomatoes which he is deathly allergic to. Overall just terrible service, lady has hearing problems for sure.

I roll in, order the portabella mushroom with chicken, cuz ya know—I got class. The guy behind the counter throws it right on the grill, no hesitation, none of that frozen junk—this is fresh, hot, real deal grub. And the crew? Fuhgeddaboudit! Friendly, fast, no messin’ around. I ain’t got all day, and they get that.
Next thing ya know, BOOM, sub’s in my hands—piping hot, loaded up, smells like heaven. One bite? Forget about it! Flavor hits like a left hook, mushrooms and chicken workin’ together like a perfect tag team. Ain’t no skimping, either—big portions, real ingredients, none of that weak sauce nonsense.
If ya ever find yourself near a Jersey Mike’s, do yourself a favor—get in there, order big, eat like you mean it. THAT’S how ya do it.

The few times I have eaten there the food was good, but this time as of writing this, I was there as a doordash driver and the customer service was absolutely horrible. The girl working the cashier was being insufferably rude, hateful to her coworkers and customers alike, and wouldnt even give me the time of day to ask which doordash order I was there for. All I got was an angry smug look when I approached the counter to inquire about my order.

Very good sub sandwiches but very expensive. Every time I eat there I swear I am never going to eat there again because a very expensive. The subs were good but do not justify the huge price tag. I might as well go out and eat a steak dinner for around the same price. The place was clean and you can watch them make your sub in front of you and very nice but once again the cost was the big sticking point for a sandwich and chips and drink.

Even the local Jersey Mike's couldn't escape the private equity curse. $27 for a meal and they forget to add the juice to the sub. Lady with the lip piercing is so abrasive and loud that dining in is no longer going to be an option.
