While I was ordering my food at the front counter, an employee was standing with his back to me doing something on a computer and was picking his nose the whole time. He was digging deep and frequently for several minutes. He then proceeded to put on gloves without washing his hands and started handling food. I was watching him the entire time I was in there to make sure he didn't handle my food and fortunately he didn't. I won't be going back to this location or probably any location after seeing that, it was repulsive.

I paid extra for a specific sandwich, no bacon, no mayo.. second sandwich was supposed to have onions and tomatoes removed... they were an unwelcome suprise.
So im new to the area. I only go work and home. I got food delivered and i tipped. It was already a rough day as our car wouldn't start due to the cold and had to find another way into work. The lady didnt know where to go in the mall even though there is huge maps all over but also gave me a lecture and attitude about how to give directions to get to my store? Like no way i should not have tipped at all. Rude and uncalled for. Workers go in the back i dont memorize the store for every single entrance. My old mall only had one. Never will Order from them again if they have to walk more then 2 ft they will throw a fit

Ordered a cubano sandwich and did not revive what I was expecting. 75% bread, 25% everything else. If I wanted a bread sandwich I would have gotten a baguettes from the grocery store.
