Not sure what happened but ordered food and wasn't warned it would be 30 minutes before "freaky slow". They knew and started telling people 3 customers later. Seemed very understaffed, mistakes on other people's orders. Was a bad day for Jimmy johns. Gave 3 stars as I hope it was just a one off issue.

I love the food, but they ALWAYS FORGET SOME THING! AND PUT THE KICKIN RANCH BOTTOM OF BAG SO IT EXPLODES EVERY WHERE!

Good subs for sure! The Italian bread is pretty hard, and to me thats awesome, it adds a specialty taste to the sandwich. They seem to make the sandwiches cold to the touch and it is very refreshing on a hot day. I have tried a variety of their sandwiches and they have all been good.
