Please teach your employees to make sure the orders are correct. I always order extra cheese on my sandwich and most of the time it’s never there. I’m charged for it but almost never get it. The drive through is insanely slow so I’m not sure why it’s taking so long when the clearly are not paying attention to accuracy. I have gotten to the point of asking if my sandwich has extra cheese and I get told yes only to find out when I get home it dose not.
My coworker and I ordered food for lunch. We ordered at 11:28 and it didn’t get delivered until noon. No big deal...we opened the bag and my sandwich was wrong and we were missing one ranch. She called and the person who answered the phone complained to her about how inconvenient it was for her and she didn’t know if they could fix my order. I paid for the product to be correct and I didn’t realize it would be inconvenient for someone to do their job correctly. 12:45 comes...read full review
