Never have bread at night. Asked for no onion, received a ton of onion. Could smell it before even taking a bite. At $11.19/wrap, it's a huge waste of money IMO.

My daughter and I went through the drive thru for lunch. The lady taking orders was very polite and got everything right. Service was quick, friendly, and the food tasted fresh.

Tried to order through DoorDash only for them to call and say they don't work with DoorDash? Why are you on DoorDash then? Got told to take care of the refund myself but DoorDash won't refund the order.

Everytime I order delivery from this location it takes an hour plus to get my food. I live 0.4 mi from the location.. they tell me they made the sandwich and it's just sitting there because they are too busy to deliver it.

Messed up our very basic order of 2 sandwiches. The line moved extremely slow. The person taking our order seemed to have trouble communicating. All in all, I will never return to this Jimmy John’s ever again.

Store hours need adjustment if the management won't hold their location accountable.
I dropped an order 20-25 minutes before close, and quickly received a call from the Manager. He let me know the store consistently runs out of bread around this time. They didn't have drivers available, either, so I'm confused as to why their delivery was still up and accepting orders.
Now I'm not a restaurant manager or anything, but if you're consistently giving up the last hour of business... It kind of sounds like you guys are lacking restaurant management experience, as well?

The kid they had taking orders at the drive-through didn't know the menu. He charged us for two meals I stead of sandwiches. My sandwiche was wrong entirely. I ordered a gargantuan and received a blt.
