We just went to this location, didn’t even finish ordering our whole order, she tells us our total in a rude manner. Told her sorry we’re not done ordering yet, she says nothing for a minute- we say hello? She said “pull forward” in a snappy manner. We finish ordering and pull up to the window. Mind u in our order we added two coca colas. We get rung up and we notice we haven’t received them, we ask about it in a kind manner, and she’s like “well no matter if it’s a combo or not they’re rung up separately so do u want them or not” in such a disrespectful tone. I’ve never been one to make a review but I’m seriously concerned of her customer service skills we were kind in the whole interaction regardless if she was rude. I’m genuinely upset with the customer service i received and you’d expect better. I’d rather make the longer drive for a different jimmy John’s in the future.

Let me tell you this, so I lived in Brookings, SD for awhile. LOVED them so much, always helpful. And this is the ONLY OTHER JJ I've been to that's helped me beyond my needs. I just left there and I had to leave a review because they were so busy and I'm obsessed with the kicking ranch and I always get a 6-oz sauce and they were busy I said it was okay but the lady said we can make them for you quick. I just have to shout them out. They give you a nice sweet small town vibe, very respectful and helpful. Thanks guys! Seriously.

Had to go back to the store to have sandwich remade because they forgot mustard and onions and onions was on the ticket...got back to eat the second time and opened the sandwich to find very minimal onions. One half only had 2 tiny pieces of onion. I will never go back. It's really not hard to make a sandwich guys...

It’s a must every time we come from Canada. Always so delicious and fresh. We actually ordered once for lunch and once after we had a nasty Mexican dinner not far away. Very nice employees on both lunch and dinner. Always clean. Can’t wait till next month when we are back. Great Job all!
