It’s a must every time we come from Canada. Always so delicious and fresh. We actually ordered once for lunch and once after we had a nasty Mexican dinner not far away. Very nice employees on both lunch and dinner. Always clean. Can’t wait till next month when we are back. Great Job all!

I buy a lot of sandwiches here usually lo e the service and the food. But last few times the young man doing drive threw does not speak up can not hear him.. when I get to window doesn't ask for my rewards number doesn't even say a word. I am positive he is bot happy to be working. Not friendly fast service I'm used to.

Fantastic JJ BLTs as always, the best sandwich shop around the corner , always a solid choice
two small caveats tho, the drive through speaker is so quiet that on windy days you can't hear the person inside, and the drive through fountain drinks need to be full full , but other than that, always a slam dunk when I spin over for a sandwich on a lazy day.

Food is fine and delivery is quick BUT we have a multi level building and food is hardly brought to the listed floor on the order. We have also had numerous times where delivery has been very loud/calling the name of who ordered when it is been indicated to be left on the desk even if no one is at said desk. Kind of distracting when counselors are in session with clients.

It’s a young manger in there.He always wearing an Apple Watch and a Hat. He did an amazing job by making sure my food was right and ready. The other managers in there are no help even the area manager is rude.But the young dude manager is alright. I hope he see his potential and leave that place. He deserve better.
The food was great other than the fact she didn't cut the giant gargantuan, didn't appreciate the bad attitude the lady with all the tats had she just kept scowling at us like we were wasting her time, my son never ate there before so he was trying to decide what he wanted and that really annoyed her...won't be
