I love this place I really do but on the rare times I go it’s a nice treat but when I wanted boba I didn’t get any it was in the receipt that j ordered boba and I didn’t get any I was very disappointed I love that stuff I didn’t go back to tell them because I hate confrontation but if you didn’t get boba when you wanted some please go back to tell them

Normally I don't leave reviews for places, but ever since the new owner took over the quality of the store overall has gone downhill. Seems like all the staff was replaced and the new ones clearly weren't trained correctly. Not sure who makes the gelato now but the quality of that has also declined. They're very stingy with the boba and their customer service is poor compared to the old employees. I used to recommend this place to everyone, but now I'd recommend going to a different boba place.

Recently switched the cups for smaller ones but didn't adjust the price. I get that these are more esthetically pleasing, but it is obvious the volume is less. I'll find a different place to get boba. Otherwise, 5 stars on service, flavor, and cute but simple atmosphere.

Love the taste of the drink! 🧋 But since the new owner came, the new staff member has been stingy with the boba in my drink. 😒 Ordered two drinks one time and asked for boba and an extra boba in both drinks, but one had so few and the other had none! 😡 When the old owners and staff were there, I never had this issue. #bobafail #stingystaff

Very attentive staff! I love jasmine milk tea and theirs is one of the best !!
Stopped here while passing thru Fargo. Cute little shop. Three of us tried a variety of items....Gelato scoops, spicy drink, and a waffle type dessert.
Small seating area. Staff were friendly. May have to eventually stop again to try one of the animal designs.

Drinks are still decent, waffles are still good. Gelato is great, but not usually what I come in for.. Goods quality has unfortunately increasingly went more downhill over the last 2-3 yrs and it's undeniably disappointing. Reformulations that ended up making some drinks worse; most of my go-to drinks are less flavourful than they used to be (more watered down? less powder?). I find myself going to alternatives more & more, which is unfortunate.. I'd like to see management spruce up the boba quality again!
