Our first time at KPot. Everything was perfect, the server Bre B. was the absolute BEST! She helped us with how to order, the soup base and the level of hotness and best flavor. She helped even at the sauce bar on how to do the best sauces. She was absolutely helpful. She was also recommending how to do things, we couldn’t have asked for a better server. We even asked what her schedule is like just so we can get her again when we go. Very good restaurant. So happy to have something different and fun.

Vegetarian options: Lots of options that can be grilled like tofu and various vegetables. The broth may not be vegetarian though.
Kid-friendliness: While kids can dine there, since it is an all-you-can-eat restaurant you might not get your money's worth. There are glass heating circles for your broth and an open grill top in the center of the table. I would not recommend bringing a child under 10 years old or one that can't sit still.

The food is delish, and the service is usually pretty good. Been there 4-5 times and we had 1 bad server that had us waiting about 20-30 minutes for refills. Other than that, we have had great service and great food. Our new go to favorite place.
