The district manager that blabs on about how Lean Chin has been in the business for over 40 years, blah blah blah, needs to go over there and actually correct inefficiencies happening at the mall location.
They have been using old stale oil FOR MONTHS now. It tastes disgusting, like the oil was stored in some old moldy shed. The workers have no sense of food safety hygiene. They will handle money and then go directly to filling up trays with their fingers coming in contact with the food.
If you ask them to wash their hands, they will outright refuse to do it.

Food wasnt good… Had to go get a burger. Smelled of old oil (the noodles) meat had a hint of old egg smell… Even my husband, who is not a picky eater, didnt eat his, picked at it and got chicken nuggets from DQ… Definitely not trying again, do not recommend…

Food was great, and portion sizes weren’t too bad at all, only thing was that that they were skimping on the noodles, however the ladies were so sweet and remained patient as I was trying the samples (I chew slow, it was awkward..), food could’ve been warmer, it was quite high in sodium though, which is expected, of course. Love it here!

This city is pretty nice but this restaurant's service is abysmal. As a college student in a town without a reliable and regular bus system, I can only get food by ordering on apps. So when the pickup driver for my food didn't come for an hour, I called the restaurant just to be polite, inform them of the situation, and ask for next steps. The lady who answered the phone was rude and condescending, and would keep interrupting me while I was explaining that no GrubHub driver had gotten the food. Eventually I just hung up because she clearly wasn't trained in how to talk to people and I don't waste my time on people who peaked in high school and are upset because they are forced to work a dead end job while the rest of us struggle in college.

The food was inedible, I ordered 3 combo #3's and couldn't get through any of them. The only thing that was enjoyable was the bourbon chicken. I was very disappointed, because I've had Leeann chin in multiple locations and have loved them. This location, has a much smaller menu and the food is definitely sub par.
