This city is pretty nice but this restaurant's service is abysmal. As a college student in a town without a reliable and regular bus system, I can only get food by ordering on apps. So when the pickup driver for my food didn't come for an hour, I called the restaurant just to be polite, inform them of the situation, and ask for next steps. The lady who answered the phone was rude and condescending, and would keep interrupting me while I was explaining that no GrubHub driver had gotten the food. Eventually I just hung up because she clearly wasn't trained in how to talk to people and I don't waste my time on people who peaked in high school and are upset because they are forced to work a dead end job while the rest of us struggle in college.

The food was inedible, I ordered 3 combo #3's and couldn't get through any of them. The only thing that was enjoyable was the bourbon chicken. I was very disappointed, because I've had Leeann chin in multiple locations and have loved them. This location, has a much smaller menu and the food is definitely sub par.

I was at the West acres location with my children today around 1:15pm and asked the woman at the register if One of the drinks (Brisk) had caffeine in it because I was going to buy them for my boys to share. The woman seemed a little irritated when I asked her this and tried to tell me that she didn't know, so I asked her if she could look on the bottle and she seemed more irritated. She then had to ask a co-worker for help and they took a guess and said it wasn't. I do not know what her problem was before I steped up but she should have a better attitude and poker face then that

1 star, just because cash register lady threw my change to the floor after payment. Lady shouldn't go in if she can't handle simple customer service ?. Great food! Service means a LOT! LEARN MANNERS.

Witnessed blatant discrimination from the server Kristi on July 6th, 2024 at around 6:30 PM. Walked up to the counter to order some food. There was a woman with her 3 kids ordering food.
The other server was very attentive and courteous, doing her best to help the woman. Then all of a sudden, Kristi walked up from the back, and asked if I was helped. I stated, I was waiting my turn, since the woman was there first, ordering her food.
She directed the woman ordering food in a very hostile manner, to leave her place in line, and let me jump in ahead of her. I was very confused and dumbfounded by this, since the woman was there first, halfway through ordering her food already. It was very disheartening too see the woman distressed and rightfully offended by this, walking away disgusted by Kristi's behavior.

We had the worse customer service experience on March 26 , 2024 at the West Acres Mall Fargo, ND, USA. We were visiting from Canada.I gave it 1 star for the rude Asian lady server/ food attendant/cashier, her attitude was disgusting! Even our 13, 12 and 10 years old kids could not stopped talking about her nasty Attitude toward us. We the Adults had to tell her that her customer service was nasty. We ordered food for our kids because, they wanted to eat Asian food. My sister and I had to go somewhere else to order our food because of her behaviour.
