We had the worse customer service experience on March 26 , 2024 at the West Acres Mall Fargo, ND, USA. We were visiting from Canada.I gave it 1 star for the rude Asian lady server/ food attendant/cashier, her attitude was disgusting! Even our 13, 12 and 10 years old kids could not stopped talking about her nasty Attitude toward us. We the Adults had to tell her that her customer service was nasty. We ordered food for our kids because, they wanted to eat Asian food. My sister and I had to go somewhere else to order our food because of her behaviour.

The service is always great I was eating here probably every other week cause it's my favorite.. but today I went and got what I order every single time and there was bugs in my rice.. i'm highly dissapointed and don't think i'll be there again. I posted it on my snapchat story and a lot of my friends slid up and said they dealt with the same thing and have been getting sick. please be careful with their rice.

Customer service was very poor. The lady was quite rude. Then went to sit down and eat and find a whole bug on my plate. Absolutely disgusting. Went to get a refund and the employees acted like it wasn’t a big deal, brushed it off and everything is served as usual. No thanks.

Food was barely warm. The King Pao was like eating rubber chicken with no flavor. And the eggroll was processed something. I'm not sure what. And it was pretty obvious the server didn't want to be there. Pretty bad when the best part of the meal was the Dr Pepper.

I usually get the Mongolian chicken. Since COVID and the shrink flation I need to add a side to the meal. The food has always been good and consistent in flavor and texture. I do recommend LeAnn Chin'

Delicious mall food,served fast & fresh.Really enjoyed the Bourban Chicken. The only downside was the crabby,rude ladies who served up our food. They were impatient & acted quite bored with all of us. I asked a question & the lady actually rolled her eyes! Wow! Management really needs to "school" thier employees on how to serve tthe public. Even though the food was delicious,I would think twice about going back. Too many places that treat you nicely,to put up with abuse at Leeann Chins.

This location does not have Peking Chicken or even Sesame Chicken on the menu. These are staples at every single other Leann Chinn location I've ever been to. What kind of Chinese restaurant doesn't even have sesame chicken??? You really need to add these items to your menu.
