I had an order that included the slices and sticks and an order of bread sticks. This would means two containers of marinara sauce. They only gave me one. I corrected him and the punk acted like I was trying to get a free cup of sauce and said "I'm not GIVING you another sauce". Even after I explained that this order takes 2 containers of sauce. I should have just grabbed it off the counter and left. This is theft on their part for not filling the order and refusing to do so. No one wanted to eat the bread sticks dry so once the sauce was used up they rest was a waste. This was years ago and I have never been back. I'm writing this review to prove how bad terrible service is to a business and to warn others of their terrible service and terrible attitudes here.
Also it's like the 3rd worst pizza in town. How are they not bankrupt?

Yesterday, I went to pick up a pizza from Little Caesars after a long day. When it was my turn, the employee, Roberta, handed me my pizza with a smile and said she’d thrown in some extra breadsticks. Inside the lid, she even wrote a little note: “Hang in there! You’ve got this!”; then she pulled me in and we made out in the lobby for 10 minutes. Her kindness totally made my day, turning a simple pizza run into a moment of real positivity.

Ordered a meal deal and didn't receive the 2L drink. Driver said I would have to ask for a refund. Customer service informed me they could only refund 15% of the value of the missing item and request reimbursement of the balance. They could not tell me what the refund was and I had to wait 12 days for it. I feel with all the service and delivery charges they impose on you there would be a better system for rectifying there errors. I am now out the money and time trying to resolve the issue as well as the costs and lost time to go get a drink to go with my meal. Not worth it to have delivery these days.

I received my order and the pizza was luke warm. Then I find hair's in the pizza ? I took pictures the best I could with the cheese hanging from the hair. There always seems to a problem with getting pizza from the 45th st s store. I always get pizza from the north store but this time there was no option to order from there.
It's been over a month and still no response from them. What a shame SMH.

I went to both in Fargo. 1 store nearest to my house refused to make the puff I wanted to have say they ran out at 430 pm. Total B.S. Went to the second 1 furthest from my house and the order was taken but was not repeated back for accuracy and didn't get what I ordered which was 2 orders of the puff and was only rang up for 1 when I specifically asked for 2. The pineapple Pepsi is gross. The kid was nice but needs to learn to read back orders.
