I waited for 20 minutes for my pizza and my pizza was really cold 🥶 I was unhappy about it. And the Mexican lady who served me was very rude 😒

The employees were so amazing the guy seen i had kids and asked me if I wanted him to cut my pizza into smaller peices then normal. The girl with brown hair and tattoos was such a sweet heart to my kids and offered them some cookies with my permission. Who ever is working on December 17th 2025 u guys are rocking it! Thank you!!

The pizza is what I expected of Little Ceasars. That manager I think his name was Preston is a real piece of work. Berating employees next to the till in front of the customers is completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. If you need to reprimand a employee do so in private. His presence is enough to keep me from coming back to this location.

I placed an order 2 hours before needing to pick it up. I went to get the order and found out it wasnt even made yet. I waited 50 minutes for the pizzas to get done. They need to work on time management or get more ovens for busy times. Talked to someone and they placed an order In at 620 and their order was ready by 730.

Drive thru is closed and pizza ordered isn't even half the quality looks nothing like what's advertised and half the toppings in description. Orders right but quality isnt.

Pizza is good, but I wish I could give 0 stars for service and atmosphere. The wait is always extremely long and customer service is horrible. On 11/25/25 my fiancé ordered 2 pizzas, and it said that it was ready at 6:20pm. He waited in line for approximately 20-30 minutes before he was even addressed. Wasn’t greeted, or even eye contact made. Finally some guy with long dreads walked to the front and didn’t say anything, just stared at him, and my fiancé told him the order name he had, and the gave him the order that was already done. They also however, forgot sauce that he had ordered, so he had to stand there for 5 more minutes before they got him the sauce. Eventually the worker told him they were short staffed, but as someone who manages customer service, this could have been mentioned in the first place, so that people at least knew what was going on. And what’s crazy is my fiancé was the first person in line, so I feel horrible for everyone in the long line behind him.

Only giving the service 3 stars for the team members who are in the back making the food and the cashiers that have helped us in the past have done nothing but work hard. Their manager Preston is a bit of a hot head cussing, verbally abusing the staff all in front of customers. Corporate should really be paying attention to him. He’s making the staff miserable and pushing back ticket times. Learn how to treat your team respectfully. Just sad I feel terrible for the employees who have to work with him.

Had an online order for 1030 pickup got my order at 1058 stix side of pizza was burnt and couldn't eat and the Philly cups were so overdone it actually cut my gum when I bit into one, this place used to rock idk what's going on the last 3 months but hopefully they can bounce back

They're not Hot-n-Ready anymore. You'll be waiting awhile for ok pizza. Your time is worth more, order from any other pizza place.

They had to remake my pizzas cause they messed up the order from the app. Clearly didn't want to remake it but they did. The women clearly was being lazy with cutting the pizza on purpose. Mid pizza.

Great pizza and very reasonable price
The worse pizza place I have never seen in my life, I called to make an order, get there told me that they haven’t seen my order, made another order, waited for 1hour and half , I asked the associate he responded to me that he doesn’t care, requested for the refund they didn’t give me enough and I ended up by leaving all the money,
