Yesterday, I went to pick up a pizza from Little Caesars after a long day. When it was my turn, the employee, Roberta, handed me my pizza with a smile and said she’d thrown in some extra breadsticks. Inside the lid, she even wrote a little note: “Hang in there! You’ve got this!”; then she pulled me in and we made out in the lobby for 10 minutes. Her kindness totally made my day, turning a simple pizza run into a moment of real positivity.
Hunter at the store off 45th Street in Fargo, North Dakota was amazing. He was so kind, shy and super nice. We really appreciate his help today!!!However, the manager or team lead, was a female with pinkish hair, was talking very condensending to him. She was very abrupt and demanding towards this kid and he was very quick to do as he was told. I felt bad seeing the way she ordered him around. Managers or team leads should lead by example, not force.Thank you!
