The server behind the counter was super nice. I had the cheese plate which had three cheeses, two breads, crackers, olives, almonds, and dried fruit. I also had a chocolate muffin , which was delicious. They can make cocktails, and if you like, you can sit at the little bar. It's not really a bar atmosphere, it's more of a small cafe/ cheese shop atmosphere, I'd say. Someone came in and picked up cheese boards to go and cheesecakes.
Food was great, would definitely get the popovers!
I found out wagu isn't for me but my wife enjoyed it.
Monkfish was also very good but I think I liked the flavor of the risotto over the monkfish.
Sticky toffee pudding was also very good but very rich, good to share.
I would not get the smoked potatoes again but the Brussels were delicious.

We’ve always heard great things about this place, but when we saw the menu, we were a bit lost…We finally decided to try it on my birthday, and WOWwwWW it was pretty good! It was really good, even though I was a bit hesitant until I actually got my food. I don’t like to put 5stars for review but I think i should… The building is quite old, which adds a certain charm, but it is what it is! I loved it and I’m definitely going back soon!!!
