Called for pizza and dessert last night associate at store cussed at me twice while ordering. Door dash delivered pizza without using insulated pizza bag it was near 0 degrees outside needless to say pizza was anything but hot. Extremely disappointed with service at this location and complete lack of any way to contact corporate HQ.

I order a garden pizza with ham mabey 3 times a year to treat myself and it's amazing. Tonight I ordered my pizza picked it up and noticed there was almost no sauce on it so I called them. They felt bad but because I paid through an app they couldn't help me. The store was closed at this point but I live 2 blocks away I would have been fine with just picking up some sauce. Long story short they didn't care less. I work in the service industry and I take pride in making things right

They lie and they refuse to refund an order that they never delivered. They say to call DoorDash, called DoorDash and they said it’s on them to refund me not DoorDash because didn’t order through DoorDash. They keep coming up with lies and excuses to not refund the order. The gm sucks and is rude.

Marco's pizza NEVER delivered a pizza order I made, and THE REFUND I WAS PROMISED WAS NEVER DELIVERED, over TWO WEEKS LATER I finally had to file a dispute with my bank. $40 taken out of my checking account that is GONE NOW. I URGE EVERYONE IN FARGO NOT TO ORDER FROM MARCO'S PIZZA, THEY ARE THIEVES AND LIARS!
UPDATE: OVER THREE WEEKS NOW AND STILL NO REFUND!

Building seems a bit tired, from the fit of the entry doors too tight and heavy (yes, it gets windy here), the general impression was the lobby could use a deep cleaning.

I ordered delivery and got a call saying they couldnt deliver! They said I could come pick it up if I wanted to.... I ordered delivery for a reason. Don't advertise delivery if you cant deliver. It had a $7 delivery fee and I added a $10 tip. Guess where I will never waste my time ordering from again. Trash !

Extremely slow at getting my order prepared and served. It was just an Italian Sub. They're under-staffed. After waiting for my order for 20 minutes, I asked the lady who took my order where it was, and she didn't even remember me ordering from her, let alone was the order was. There was only one other person after me that made an order. The place is empty besides me. When she asked the cook about my order he said he hadn't even started it yet! I am not impressed with this place. My first and last time coming here.
I ordered the pizza on their app, and it was ready when I arrived. The service was friendly. The pizza 🍕 was delicious! I highly recommend this place.

I had placed a delivery order for the office and had placed the order a day early. I had tried calling 4 times to confirm the order and confirm the timeframe since I had to place two separate orders to the same address. I was on hold for 15 minutes each time and wasn't able to speak to anyone. The next day, the order came an hour after it was supposed to so everyone missed lunch as it was supposed to be an office lunch order. I called and tried to see what our options were to try to make this situation right, and they offered a coupon, no refund or anything else. Absolutely ridiculous, won't be ordering Marcos for the office again. ☹️

The first time I bought a pizza from Marco's was about a year ago - it was great. Since then - hit or miss. Mostly miss. Usually it's undercooked and doughy. I ordered a pizza at 5:36 pm. It arrived at 7:16 pm, and, it was undercooked again. I'm done with Marco's. No more chances. I figure that if it takes that long to get a pizza, it should probably be cooked all the way through. They probably have one of those conveyor belt ovens that they just push the pizzas through.
