I had placed a delivery order for the office and had placed the order a day early. I had tried calling 4 times to confirm the order and confirm the timeframe since I had to place two separate orders to the same address. I was on hold for 15 minutes each time and wasn't able to speak to anyone. The next day, the order came an hour after it was supposed to so everyone missed lunch as it was supposed to be an office lunch order. I called and tried to see what our options were to try to make this situation right, and they offered a coupon, no refund or anything else. Absolutely ridiculous, won't be ordering Marcos for the office again. ☹️

The first time I bought a pizza from Marco's was about a year ago - it was great. Since then - hit or miss. Mostly miss. Usually it's undercooked and doughy. I ordered a pizza at 5:36 pm. It arrived at 7:16 pm, and, it was undercooked again. I'm done with Marco's. No more chances. I figure that if it takes that long to get a pizza, it should probably be cooked all the way through. They probably have one of those conveyor belt ovens that they just push the pizzas through.

Great pizza and service. Big fan of magnifico and hot honey pizza. Only complaint, more cardboard or even napkins under the pizza so grease isn't leaking out the box into my vehicle seats "/

I ordered my food at 630 pm as a walk in he said 45 mins wait so I was like ok fine I leave come back in like 45 mins when I came back I asked for my order they was very rude and very unprofessional and unsanitary they do not use gloves at all they use they bare nasty hands no hair nets I seen like 2 cooks come out the bathroom n hop back to making pizzas that is very nasty I will never come back there again poor customer service they don't use gloves wen making food and the attitude was very nasty never again I will get in touch with corporate and the health department cause y'all making them people food with no gloves I will send this video around how nasty u guys are and the people that works there now are definitely racist

I think Marco's is one of the tastiest pizzas in Fargo! We had a medium Deluxe and it was perfect. All the ingredients were fresh and delicious. I highly recommend Marco's.
Disappointed. Vacationing in Fargo, ordered pizza to the hotel and it never came. Waited over an hour. I received the confirmation email, then nothing. I tried calling a couple times, just to wait on hold for 10 min before I hung up. Ended up having to order from another place.

Runs out of items all the time due to upper management not caring to order enough. Also wont turn off Ubereats and Doordash when out of items wasting driver's time. Also closed early

Saturday evening 8:55pm tried placing an order online and it wouldn't go through so I called the store. After 5 minutes of wait music, someone answered just to say they were closed... online says they are open until 12am today

Terrible customer service. One other customer and I waited in an empty store before two employees came back from a smoke break. Didn't wash hands, no gloves, etc. The guy at the counter seemed annoyed people where there. Was rude to the first guy and left me waiting for 5 minutes before he asked what I needed. My pizza was sitting in an open box the whole time which he couldn't be bothered to close all the way before giving to me. Was actually kinda of funny. He was putting in more effort to seem like he didn't care than if he'd just hand us our pizza ?

The last two times I have ordered they refuse to honor ANY on the online copouns or promo codes...Never again. Sorry Marcos. Lost a loyal customer. When calling could NOT bring me item and during call the attendant on the phone appeared to be under the influence. This is probably why my item got missed. I asked the attendant if he was under the influence of which he replied with defense, and complacency. Could not bring the item I paid for because no drivers were coincidently un-available.If I was this employee and was NOT under the influence I would have simply said "no". This person said everything else but.Decent food but just can't seem to get ahold of it I guess. Buyer beware "again"
