Order 2 bowls of soup, one other table of 3 getting their food handed to them, I wait....everyone in the back goes on a 'smoke break' and it takes 15 minutes for someone to ladle 2 bowls of soup and hand it to me. WOW! Who manages this place? Why is every employee on their phone or on a smoke break in back? kinda sad, will not be going back....other reviews state this issue....so it's not getting any better.

The food was ok. The low stars is because when we walked in the place was filthy . Employees standing around talking. We wanted to eat in. We had to clean off a table. Every single table was dirty with trays cups etc on them.

Went in for Chicken pot pie soup. They didn't have any. I just left. Not good business to advertise something then don't have it. It was still on their board.
Sandwiches are great, so is the servers they are all pleasant and helpful when I go there almost weekly.

I had the New Yorker sandwich and broccoli. I was happily surprised. I never expected McAlister’s to serve such a hearty amount of meat in the sandwich. It was so thick I had to take half of it home.

I wanted to get a piece of carrot cake for my fiances birthday yesterday so I searched around on facebook to see where other people recommended to go for a single slice. A couple of people recommended McAlisters Deli. I would've never thought to go there for carrot cake but I headed over anyways! The girl working at the counter was very friendly. The carrot cake was a 10/10. It is so flavorful and moist. I was pleasantly suprised at how big the piece is as well! I wish I would've taken a picture but I finished the slice this morning for breakfast :)
