The food is alright, just kind of pissed the drink is way underfilled (2 finger gap in between the drink itself and the top of the cup). Didnt want to make a problem so i didnt say anything but i hope managment sees this so this stops happening

Did a door dash waited for 20+ minutes no help wilst a worker walked by and looked at me but didnt acknowledge me anytime i spoke or called out to the point another customer had to raise his voice to get there attention, i will be calling with a polite but strongly worded response for the general management This is ridiculous, not only talking and wonder the store to chat with other employees but customers, prevented me from complying withwhat is a full time job for me

Waited 45mins for fries and nuggets. I even ordered ahead. Got there and waited 20 min to get through the first part of the drive thru. There wasn't even anyone in front of me. They got 4 cars through the other lane though. Not a greeting or acknowledgement, nothing. Then the person was rude. Finally got through and they told me they had to have me pull ahead because they were waiting on fresh fries. (Seemed plausible to me) waited another 20min and when I got my 2 items both were cold. Completely lied to and awful service all the way around

Greg at the cash window was absolutely rude and deeming and should not be working with customer as well as Logan E the manager was very unprofressional when i tried to talk to him about the issues i had.
We waited 20 minutes for breakfast and at 10:30 they start serving breakfast but we had payed on a mobile order and at 10:31 we were told that we cant have the food because it was lunch time.

Stopped buy today.. I had the same problem as always just didn't wanna leave the bad review.. well the problem I had was after waiting 15 minutes to make a counter order it decided to use the app. After my app order i needed 1 order to go and one I would eat there.. something the app don't give an option for unless you make 2 different orders.. I waited at the counter another 10-15 minutes and my order was brought to my table and during that time no one ever came to the counter.. I have noticed that the counter is ignored even when employees walk right past me.. some people just don't or can't use the app. Some people just want counter service. Which is what I wanted. Yet I was ignored so was a couple besides me and the walked out not ordering nothing and they were there less time I was.. and I didn't wanna seem like a crazy person and have to yell for attention/service.. I hope this can be fixed cause if not I'd rather try the Burger King down the road.. Though the staff was not rude they simply ignored the front counter while every employee stayed in the kitchen and drive through window..

My double cheese burger patties tasted as if they had been salted, or something?!?? It was disgusting, and all the food was cold/luke warm. Plus, wait time was terrible, just to wait longer for cold food-very disappointing McD's...and sadly, this hasn't been the first time that its been like this either...
