Don’t ever go to this place I asked nicely for a bag for my food she told me she couldn’t do it and she cancelled my food . I’ve had multiple issues with this location it just need to close at this point .

We waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru line after we ordered. My partner went inside to find out what was going on and a worker was standing inside the door holding our order that was to be brought to our car. Definitely wasnt fast food

We had 18 people at our house for Christmas Eve Dinner. We didn't want to burden any of our family members with having to cook anything for our dinner, so we decided to go the non traditional way of Christmas Eve Dinner and ordered McDonalds. We called a couple of hours ahead of time to inform them that we would be making a large order and asked them if we should order on the app, just order when we get there, or tell them on the phone what we want and schedule a time to pick it up. We were told to just order when we got there. We ordered 10 of the following: Large Fries, Big Macs, Quarter Pounders, and 10 piece Chicken Nuggets. We got our food and stupidly didn't sort through all of the bags immediately. So when we got home we noticed that none of the chicken nuggets were in the bag. Our quests were starting to arrive and we tried to call this McDonalds to explain our situation and got no answer. So now, we are out the cost of the 10 orders of chicken nuggets and we were short on food for our Christmas Eve Dinner. This was a total disaster.

Breakfast is served until 1030. I ordered online 15 minutes before. It’s negative 2 outside and I’m cold. When I arrive I find out that my order is cancelled because the “item isn’t available during this time of day” so I can’t get breakfast during breakfast? Makes sense. Ordered off the lunch menu and had to wait for that too. Got home and was given a 4 piece nugget instead of the 6 that I paid for. Fast food is supposed to be 2 things- fast and convenient, this experience was neither. Please do better.
