The wait in the drive thru was over 30 minutes. When we got to the second window to get our food the young man seemed like he was confused and didn't know what he was doing. He didn't give us our drinks until I asked for them. He was also very rude when I mentioned that all the fries were cold .

Worst customer service ever pulled into the drive through and was asked if I would be using the mobile app my mother said yes and told him the code then silence nothing back we said hello multiple times because I wanted to add on a frappe still silence we then pulled up to the next window where it was empty so again we had to wait until my mom final asked for someone’s help as they where passing by the girl with blond hair wearing glasses was also rude at the third window overall rude I will be talking to family that works at a different McDonald’s so she can let the higher ups know of this experience completely terrible experience trying to go through the drive thru and using the mobile app

I only got half my Big Mac. Like I know it was late but this is not cool…
The food was not the quality I have been used to getting and everything else was great but food was just not good Fry's were not salted and hard as a rock I had to throw mine away and my burgers were slipped together and my husband's sandwiches were terrible he said .

Food was not eatable. Please try harder. So disappointing , basically like throwing away money. People will gladly wait longer for their food, stop pre making the mcdouble . And over cooking everything in the deep fryer.

Today, Monday September 1st at around 12:30 I ordered a Number 7 meal (10 piece chicken nuggets), whoever the guy on the drive through mic was amazing, very listening and joyous, however at the first window I noticed the lady was sitting down and was very annoyed/looked like she didn’t want to work. Whatever, after I payed I waited for cars to go through, I can note the cars went through pretty quick, whenever I got to the second window I was handed my bag then a sprite, I ordered a different drink and when I told the lady at the window I had a different drink she said oh, looked at her screen and handed me the actual drink, please note she looked very mad after I confronted her about the wrong drink. I just wanted my right drink. I drove home and when I opened my nuggets I received 8 nuggets, I don’t mind the fact I didn’t lost 2 nuggets but some people may. I hope this review opens some insights of how some employees are. Disappointed and will not be returning to this location.
Edit: About 3 hours later and I now feel sick, not saying it is food poison but the chicken nuggets weren’t as crunchy as they normally are, not sure if they are pre cooked either.
