This location has now help yourself condiments, drinks, or even napkins. If all McDonald's are going to be this way, I do not foresee myself eating in anymore. I shouldn't have to ask for ketchup or napkins.

Everything was great except for the price. I mean I understand inflation. But $12 for a sausage egg biscuit meal that was upgraded to an orange juice. I asked the lady twice if that was correct and she reassured me that it was. So idk? Seems loke a lot to me.

This used to be my favorite McDonald’s in Fargo, used to be so clean and the food used to be so good. My recent visit was so bad I refuse to come back. Dirty tables, garbage over flowing and mine and my daughter’s nuggets were so over cooked I asked for new ones and all they did was heat those burnt over done ones and gave them back. They slide didn’t give my daughter her fry’s for her kids meal, after the service we received with the nuggets I’d rather take my losses and not return.

DO NOT ORDER INSIDE THE BUILDING!!! The last 3 times I did that, it took at least 30 minutes to get out for. It doesn't matter if your order is dine in, mobile order, etc. The gentleman that came in after me just ordered a coffee at the counter and after 28 minutes had to yell at them 3 times to get anyone to turn around and acknowledged him. All he wanted was a cup of coffee!!!

I ordered 3 happy meals, a Big Mac, and a fish burger. When I was paying at the drive thru, high school girls were jumping around acting like bunnies. The girls are there to work not to hang out. When I got my order, my daughter asked for the free holiday grinch socks, though the lady gave her ranch. Worst, I did not get my Big Mac, instead I got another fish burger. Although the fish burger wasn’t the best either, the sauce was slapped on the outside of my burger. This restaurant was not serious in providing the best for the customers
