12/19/25: update. I asked for a large vanilla iced coffee with extra vanilla in it. This looks and taste like they didnt even put any in it! You can also tell by the color it is very dark but yet they charged me for extra! This location can be hit or miss with service. Someone was at the first drive thru lane so I went to the other one. I was asked if I would be using the mobile app. I told them no. By the time I said that the person from the other drive thru lane pulled up to pay and a new person was sitting there waiting to order. I waited and waited and finally someone came back to the speaker AFTER taking the second car in the first drive thru lanes order even though I had been waiting there longer and was ready to order as I answered their question. I was only ordering a coffee and then had to wait longer as the second car ordered a bunch of food they had to wait for.

The manager with the purple button up shirt, black hair and glasses refused to give name. I called about missing mcchicken on 11/26 went in with receipt she refused to give me missing item or help. She was very rude and angry the entire time she stood with her hands in her pockets staring. Thankfully another manager very nice assisted me.

If youre going to have the monopoly promotion, then actually put the promotion pieces on the food containers. Talk about a fast food place when the server take 10 minutes to take your order and another 20 minutes to give it to you.

Every time I order from this story either by dine in, take out or delivery my order is always missing at least 3 things or they gave me something completely different from what I have ordered. I am not giving them anymore of my money.

I have to say the employee energy has really made a big turn around for the better! I was getting my food 10/13 @ 8:30pm and regardless of the high volume of customers during this time and having to pull forward the employees appeared to be in great spirits.. This review is mainly for Favor (i hope i got that right) due to her great attitude and amazing smile, even when she walked out with her arms FULL of multiple orders and nearly dropped them ALL, she caught the bags and instantly laughed a little (out of embarrassment im sure) and she never not had that smile!!! People luke this should get recognized more often, because it truly is the little things in life that can change so much and make the biggest impact.....no matter where you work, who you are, gender, or race, we need to do better and pass smiles not hate! It may seem so simple and even stupid to some but this interaction truly made my day!

Ordered the cheese burger meal and never got my fries called the restaurant and told them that I never received my fries and the manager said that it was not her problem and hung up on me
Came here to grab a quick bite to eat so we got in line at the drive thru. We sat at the speaker box for 5 minutes. We said hello many times making sure to be as polite as we could and no one ever answered. The other lane was placing orders and people were leaving our lane to go to the other. No one ever acknowledged us so we went and got food elsewhere. Not going to return to this McD again.

Also, you earn points and free and/or discounts on items from their menu.
They also gave McDelivery Specials. I have not tried that yet but there are specials there too...
