Decided to give this location another shot. Curbside food came out straight up cold. Went back in and the manager with red streak hair said it’ll get cold when you go outside. Yeah not as cold as it was. I was waiting for 10 minutes already would’ve been faster going through drive thru. Terrible manager and location.

I came here specifically to get the Grinch meal, and honestly this was the most chaotic McDonald’s experience ever. They told me they were out of the Grinch boxes but could still give me the salt fries and the socks, so me and my friend decided to wait, but we ended up waiting 20 whole minutes for the food. When they finally brought it out, suddenly they “couldn’t” give us the salt or the socks anymore and tried to act like no one ever told us we could get them, even though they literally did. They basically started calling us liars over something THEY said. After going back and forth, they finally decided to give us the salt but still refused to give us the socks. And to top it all off, the food was really, really, REALLY gross—cold, soggy, and honestly just nasty. This whole trip was unorganized, rude, and disappointing, and I will not be coming back to this location.

My wife just spent an hour of them bringing her the wrong food, taking that food back, and they still didn't give us what we ordered. She then had to drive 45 mins home to tell me about it so I can't even go in and complain myself. I hate complaining and never do but 60 dollars to waste an hour of time and still not get what I paid for is BS. Also whoever got their food today, odds are it was in someone else's car and hands with them digging through it because they took the food back each time they got it wrong

Have been twice. The first time I was served regular coke as if it were diet as a diabetic. The 2nd time I went inside and waited 20 mins for a single drink. Manager spent more time micromanaging and not enough working with the crew to push out orders. Never going there again

The forgot part of my order, which was a pickup, so didn't realize it until I got home. Drove back for rest of meal, didn't even complete me for the issue.

This place was awuful. Had to wait a while to get my food, plus when I got it. My large sprite was water, and I got 8 nuggets instead of 10, and the fries weren't stacked to the top.

Other than the fact that I only received half a container of fries and no sauces (that I payed for), this McDonald's is one of the best around. The people are very friendly- especially the guy at the window today. I don't know his name, but he was amazing at his job. Only reason why the score was lowered was because of the missing sauce and fries. Thanks, McDonald's.
