If you want to wait for 30 minutes in drive thru this is your place!! Service is arguably the worst in McDonald’s franchise. I am unsure why I came back a second time but here I am again waiting 22 minutes so far and still 6 cars ahead of me. This location should be closed.

Went through the drive through window. The personnel were pleasant and friendly, the food was standard run of the mill for take out, nothing to write home to momma about, but good and warm and fries were hot.

Just ordered online and this is the one it gave me. When I got my order everything looked fine besides how much they filled the fries. I am sorry but I have been to many McDonald’s and they have never filled their cups this little. Besides this, everything else was very good!

The guy who usually works drive thru in the mornings needs training. He will berate you if you don’t the order the way he thinks is right. He told me I was doing it wrong by waiting and should continue to give my items even when he wasn’t acknowledging my order or putting it on the screen. 2 days in a row he had an attitude. Better off going to any other McDonald’s in the area.

Went to McDonalds on Sunday, February 25. I ordered on one of the digital screens, and took around 15 minutes for my order to be ready; however, the drive-thru was very busy, which could have contributed to the wait time. The most surprising part being there was the manager’s (or what I assume is the manager) attitude. While I was waiting for my order, an elderly person was politely asking for something from the cashier and the manager comes up to the register and says something like “I can’t do that because of COVID.” Seriously, that is the worst excuse to give to a customer especially in 2024. The manager was wearing a mask by the way. Later on, another customer had a question with his order and the manager casually walks toward the front door without assisting the customer and she muttered “I haven’t had a cigarette since 7.” Very disappointing service, but thankfully, the food I got was correct.

I recently visited McDonald's with the expectation of a quick and satisfying meal. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder, anticipating a warm and juicy burger. However, it took an astonishing 26 minutes for my order to be ready. To make matters worse, I had to go inside to retrieve it, only to discover that the burger was cold upon receiving it. The only toppings that seemed to be present were hard cheese and bacon, which gave the unsettling impression that it might have been pulled from the garbage. This experience was profoundly disappointing, especially from a well-known fast-food chain where speed and quality are expected.

Very dirty and also poor service. I would drive 4 hours to go to a different McDonald's before I would consider going to this one. One of the managers girl friends came in and tried to take my food claiming it was hers even though I had the recipt. I was mad and just took it because it was mine. But seriously the worst part is she followed me out and too pictures of me.
Their drive through is less than impressive. It's a 50/50 chance you get all your stuff. The last 2 times I've been there once I order a double bigmac. They put it in the right box but gave a regular bigmac. I tried calling the place 3 times and no one answered. The other time I order 2 sausage egg Mcmuffins. They handed it out to me and said the right order but was given 2 sausage mcmuffins.its either they're short staffed or just not smart enough to read a order. Should be that hard. So look closely at your orders.

Update: 5 years later and this place is still just terrible. Screwed up my entire order, 15 minute wait and way overpriced food and beverages.The food is always good but the service is usually slow and most of the staff doesn't seem like they want to be there.

It's like they purposely made the dinning room in such a way you wouldn't want to be there. No napkins, no soda fountain, no ketchup, uncomfortable seats. But it sure looks modern. Getting ketchup and napkins in the drive through was difficultHad to get paper towels from the bathroom.
