Was in for 2 unsweetened teas. Everything moved behind the counter so couldn't just pay and move on like every mcdonalds that refused to follow that ridiculous recommendation. Gave up on my 2 sweet teas after 20 minutes. Watched the fancy robot drink filler grab nothing then rotate, dump ice down the drain, then rotate and dump soda down the drain only about 13 times while I was waiting.
Staff looks totally defeated and drained. This McDonalds needs new ownership and new management. A shame.

One of the workers here stole my visa gift card info it was only $26 on it. There was a tall Black male standing behind me while I was waiting on my food changing the trash but he was really looking over my shoulder stealing card information.

Placed a breakfast mobile order 20 minutes before breakfast ended. Arrived one minute after it ended, order cancelled. Did you start my order 20 minutes after I placed it? Very disappointing.

Whenever you order here it’s almost like they are surprised you ordered a cheeseburger or chicken nuggets. It takes so incredibly long for them to produce the products that they are very famously known for having. Two times in a row I’ve been in the drive thru for 30 minutes.

The woman working the window at 10:30am on August 4th, 2025 needs to not work again. We repeated several times that we had an online order and one mcgriddle. However, she kept asking us if our name was Sarah for the pickup. Although we said no three times, she continued to ask when we made it up to the window. After repeating to her 6 times that we did not order 6 Mcmuffins for Sarah, she then said to pull forward for our ONE mcriddle and online order. We proceeded to wait for 15 minutes for 3 sandwiches. They came back and had to reask what our order was twice. Finally, when it came out, it was wrong. The sausage mcgriddle did not have egg or cheese. This is unacceptable and the woman working cashier needs to be talked to or let go.
