27 minute wait to get a Black coffee - I went over to Meg A Latte coffee house, got a cappuccino and came back and the coffee still wasn’t ready

I gave this place 3 chances in the last month since it's close to the hotel I was at. All three times the food was cold, and the order screwed up. Slowest drive through wait I've ever had at any McDonald's I've ever been at in my life.

I wish one time I would actually get what I order. You sit in drive thru forever and pay way more than you should. How come you never ever get additional food it is always stuff missing.
It's mcdonald's. You're lucky if they don't pull you ahead.

We were the only ones in line and they made me go to the second window. Waited for over 10 minutes for a double quarter pounder and fries. We backed up to the first window to ask for an explanation and told that we had to go back to the other window because the first window was on a “timer.” Nobody else was in line, this might be the slowest McDonald’s in the United States.

This locations NEEDS to close down. I repeat NEEDS. Huge turnover in employees. Everyone hates their job. PLEASE CLOSE. everyone hates their lives.

Long wait time. Had me pull up to the second pickup window, wait an additional 20 minutes for my meal, and when the manager brought my food she said she "wanted to make sure it was good" with a smile. I can tell they had prepared the burger the regular way and then hastily tried to remove the toppings I didn't want and microwave it to try and hide it. Go anywhere else tbh.

God awful management and terrible systems that send you across town when you place an order at their keiosk and when I request for them to fix it they said oh well deal with it you'll get refunded in 24 hours telling someone to "just reorder" when I just told them I couldn't afford it is incredibly inappropriate and out of touch with reality.

This was a rough experience. Naturally, we haven't dined in at McDonald's since my first babe was 18m and that queen is 6 now. First task: wash hands.
There are no paper towels and the hand dryer was not functioning. The feeling of grabbing a bathroom door with moist tops out on my 5 things I dislike the most.
Objective: order food
Tray 2 was delivered approx 90 seconds behind the first. My kids grabbed their meals and the employee sets the last tray on top of the first one. Whaaaaaaat?
Additional effort:
With zero condiments, no napkins, and desolate of straws we were left to make a decision. Do we need it or not?
For the sake of our customer service heavenly father, please do better damnit.
