I love this place! Their pastries are top-notch. While they’re famous for their homemade pop tarts, I think their scones are the best thing ever! I’m not a coffee drinker, but love their chai lattes. The staff is super friendly and helpful, even when they’re really busy. They made me feel like a “regular” from my very first visit. Highly recommend this place!

The best little gem in Fargo! Moonrise Cafe has some of the kindest staff I’ve ever met who always give the best drink recos (who knew a rosemary honey latte would be my new favourite?). They have incredible scratch made treats, the poptarts are always amazing and they’ve never made something I didn’t like. The breakfast burrito is also my favourite breakfast on the go! Their custom cakes are also phenomenal. I’ve ordered 3 in the past year and every time I get one it blows me away with how gorgeous they are! If you’re looking for amazing coffee, tasty food, and beautiful cakes, this spot has it all!

The raspberry rose pop tart was so good! The rose frosting complements the tartness of the berry jam.
We also got a normal brewed coffee, but it tasted quite bland and watered down.

The most consented cold brew I have ever had. Food is very good, staff are cheerful. I will definitely stop here again when I go through Fargo. Hopefully they can keep this place consistent.

I went in here the other afternoon just looking for a quick caffeine fix and ended up hanging around longer than I planned. The place has a relaxed vibe, kind of cozy without trying too hard. My latte was pretty good—nothing crazy fancy, but smooth and not overly sweet, which I liked. The staff seemed friendly, even though it was a bit busy and folks were moving in and out. I grabbed a small pastry too and it tasted fresh enough. Prices felt normal for a coffee shop. Overall, not a life-changing spot but definitely a nice place to take a break and enjoy a warm drink.

I usually come here over my lunch hour for my usual sandwich and seasonal drink. This time I was bold and I ordered a custom cake here for my birthday. It truly exceeded all expectations! Its the most beautiful and delicious cake I've ever seen. It was so worth the price and I'll definitely be ordering from here again!

Stopped by this coffee shop the other day while running errands. The place had a nice, relaxed atmosphere with plenty of seating and a clean setup. The staff was friendly and took my order quickly. I tried a latte and a blueberry muffin—both were decent, though nothing out of the ordinary. The coffee had a smooth flavor but could’ve been a bit stronger for my taste.
It’s a good spot to sit and catch up on some work or just take a break. Prices seemed about average for a local coffee shop. Overall, a comfortable place for a casual visit if you’re in the area.
Awesome little coffee shop right downtown. The veggie burrito was absolutely delicious. Bagels were local from Boppa Bagels. Coffee was perfectly prepared. Smooth and delicious flavor. Service was fast, efficient, and friendly. Layout was a little squishy but there was plenty of tables and a comfy couch area.

I come here all the time for coffee when I am in the area before my nails, but what I'm writing this review for is that I booked them for my cake. I walked into the cafe several months ago and saw this cute cake in the case that was pond/swamp themed with frogs, and my husband LOVES frogs. I get frog pictures 24/7 from this man so I sent him a photo and he said we should book for our wedding cake. We opted for a cute two tier cake that had a bride and groom frog, beyond that I gave creative freedom. So many people commented on how cute and creative of a cake it was and that they loved the frogs. Our photographer also pointed out that they were holding hands + had cutie little details added, and I couldn't be happier. It was also the best cake I have ever had!
