Horrible staff
Watched staff ignore customers and choose customers that are dressed better, unbelievable. Don’t come here unless you dress like you have money.
Good pastry shop, does not run in a first come first serve basis, I was completely ignored by the staff while trying to order, instead the staff went to the person behind me and she had ordered the only thing I came in for, this has happened multiple times and it’s pretty disappointing considering the fact that I took the time to come in at opening time on the dot. To add, I was in loungewear attire compared to the dressed up lady who looked like she could afford everything, I guess I have to look the part to get any service. Absolutely ridiculous, I don’t plan on coming back.
Staff is very nice but the food is a bit underwhelming, 12$ for a tiny dessert I expected a little more detail to the flavor, it looked nice, but if you’re gonna spend money like this on one desert you’re better off getting fudge at scheels for the same price.
Cozy, Delicious, and Full of Surprises!
My wife and I stayed local on a blizzardy night and tried Nichole’s. We were so impressed!
The Food: The Chicken Piccata Sandwich and Knoephla soup were standouts—so flavorful and satisfying.
The Surprise: Had no idea they offered a happy hour! It was a lovely bonus.
The Takeaway: The Key Lime Pie (we got a slice to-go) was the perfect end to the meal.
A fantastic local spot we’re excited to return to!
Tasty desserts.
House coffee: not bad
Brings pleasure both to the eyes and mouth!
Fruit tart was excellent.
Sweet and soft!
Cannoli was rich with filled cream cheese!
Scone I thought was bit too expensive.
I saw the owner of the bakery yelling at and berating her employees. Will not be going back here and supporting animalistic behavior.
I worked with Nichole’s for my wedding desserts. They were very flexible in making custom flavors for us, which was so fun. The desserts were beautiful and delicious. I’m giving 4 stars because communication and responsiveness is an area they could work on. I am happy in the end that I went with them.
The dinners are AMAZING! The Beet pasta dinner was so good! I would go back just for that!
Went here last weekend after a friend recommended it, and honestly it was pretty good. The pastries looked really fresh and had that homemade kind of vibe. I tried the croissant and a slice of cheesecake — both were buttery and not too sweet, which I liked. The staff was friendly, though it was a bit busy so service took a few extra minutes. The place smells amazing when you walk in, like fresh bread and sugar. Prices are fair for the quality. Would definitely come back to try their coffee and a few other desserts next time.

The brunch was so great today! Took my hunny out for his birthday and the food and service was top tier. Will for sure be coming back to taste test wedding cakes for our up coming ceremony. I loved it!!
Nichole's has always been one of our favorites, and the new restaurant side and menu is amazing.
We had breakfast on a Saturday morning. The line for pastries was extremely long the entire time we were there!!! I had Quiche Lorraine which was tasty. My hash browns were nice and crispy. My friends had Eggs Benedict and the Ham and Eggs breakfast. Both said their meals were delicious. Good service and good food!!! Would definitely be back
I just want to say this was a wonderful experience. My 14 year old daughter picked this out for her birthday to get some pastry. I'm a certified executive Chef and worked under some French master chefs in LA and orange county, and I really enjoyed the pastry here. We had the tiramisu, almond cake, the chocolate cake with the Dubai like chocolate on bottom and the firm mousse on top, the napoleon, chocolate croissant, and a red velvet cake cupcake. It was fabulous and I really enjoyed showing the girls how an orderly organized kitchen is the only way to make great pastry and Chef does well here with her kitchen. I know she seemed a little frustrated with the shells that came out, but just know that we very much appreciated the final product no matter the struggle sometimes to get there.
Great work chef, I'm sure I'll be sent to pick up stuff now to bring home to the girls and wife lol
We ordered a two-tier cake for our wedding. Not only did they make it look beautiful and in a timely manner, the taste was out of this world! It was great to plan and design the cake with the crew and we can't thank them enough for helping us with our special day!
