We were visiting from out of town and had a craving for BBQ. The got a sample of some of the different meats. The fatty brisket was tender and juicy, the pork ribs were fall off the bone tender and excellent. Everything was great though the potato salad was just ok. Very good bbq for the area and would definitely come back but don’t think I’ll ever be back in this part for the rest of my life. We had a good visit and a great meal.

Went for dinner with my husband tonight (6/4/25). We ordered cheese curds. I had the Texas toast grilled cheese with brisket with tots and he had ribs, brisket, and coleslaw. Everything was wonderful but above all the service was incredible. We sat at the bar and Rhiannon took extremely good care of us! Haven’t had this kind of personal and friendly service in a LONG time. I also heard her compliment her fellow staff more than once and that is so refreshing!! What a great team tonight, compliments all around.

Food was very good. Got the sampler and tried all their different types of meat they had if I got one though it would definitely be the brisket very juicy. The barbecue was also very nice to go with the meat choices there is plenty of different types of barbecues from spicy to non-spicy and I would definitely go back more times even though I’ve been there twice already whenever I end up in Fargo, the servers are very nice atmosphere is very cool has a cool upside down tree and the smell smells good cause you could smell the meat cooking good location as well. I would highly recommend going here if you haven’t been here.

Delaney was awesome! She recommended the ribs and the brisket. I’m going to go out on a limb and say it was the best brisket I’ve ever had. Ribs were phenomenal too! Will definitely be back for more!

We had a lovely time, staff was super friendly. My only complaint is it was super slow from the time we sat down to get our drinks and to take our order. But that could be for a number of reasons. But either than that, it was very pleasant. We will be coming back in the future!
Great place with very good BBQ and fantastic service (thank you Delaney)! I visit/try tons of BBQ places all over the US in addition to running my own BBQ business in Norway and I will say that this place puts out BBQ that for sure is in the upper ranks! I would come back for sure. I ordered: - Cornbread (came hot and very moist with a delicious compound butter on the side) - Mac’n cheese (perfectly creamy and cheesy) - Potato salad (creamy, but fresh and subtle taste. Perfect together with the meats as it does not take focus, but kind of stays in the background) - Brisket lean (perfectly cocked with a good fat render and perfect bark. You can tell they started off right from trimming all the way through to slicing and serving) - Pulled pork (perfection! Very moist and juicy and a smoke taste that does not overpower the pork) - Ribs (fall off the bone, but does not fall apart) - House sausage (technically well executed smoked sausage, but the seasonings did not hit my personal preferences) - Banana pudding (very good classic dessert that is a nice ending to the meal)
