Ordered my food Via DoorDash(which doesn’t matter)
got my food and all of it was completely wrong.
Order a chicken Alfredo with no broccoli..
They put broccoli, mushrooms and left out the main portion of the meal. The chicken. Called and the gentlemen, his excuse to why it was wrong, “we are dealing with the dinner rush”… that’s no excuse to why my dinner is wrong?? That’s a poor way to treat a customer. I shouldn’t have to this but this sent over the edge.

I visited the Noodle and Company on Kristen Ln S. I came here and ordered my food just before 6:00pm. When I received my food, the roasted garlic cream tortellini, the noodles were somewhat cold and the mushrooms and zucchini didn't taste like they were thoroughly cooked.
They weren't even terribly busy, so I'm confused as to why this even happened.

I had ordered online and something goofed with it and my order was canceled by their system. I called the store and talked to Logan (I believe that was his name) and he not only explained what happened, but also contacted DoorDash for me to figure it all out. He was beyond helpful and made sure that i was still able to get my order. I appreciated all his help!

Food and service were great. We got there for lunch before it got busy, but once more people came, it got loud inside and it was hard to hear a conversation.

Came in at 9:20 pm being mindful of the fact that they did close in 40 minutes. The lady working the till was rude to us off rip about coming in late and also had a quite large hickey on her neck(very professional). Not to mention it took her 5 minutes to acknowledge us because she was too busy with her earbuds in and playing on her phone. When the food came out my chicken was undercooked to the point that it was gummy and inedible. Would NOT recommend. 0/10. VERY VERY BAD!!!!!!

This is pathetic. $12 regular size and there is 14 total noodles. A 2 year old could eat this and still be hungry. Pop was basically carbonated water. Staff was not helpful when asking for a reasonable serving. This is noodles and company, not Texas roadhouse (where you get twice the amount of food for 3 bucks more). Absolute ripoff. Will never eat at any noodles and company ever again.

I honestly do enjoy noodles & company and nobody's have. The food is always tasty and I have no real complaints I usually just order online and go pick it up. I haven't ordered that much within the last almost 4 years though. It looks like they are definitely practicing shrinkflation. $18 for this noodle bowl in the picture and the cookie. If they are struggling for business I hope they don't wonder why. I won't go there much anymore if it all. Again I don't want that critique to take away from the quality and the tastiness that is usually had from their food. If price was a star rating I would give it two stars.

Vegetarian options: It do seem to have plenty of vegetarian options on their menu.

Dietary restrictions: Plenty of gluten-free and noodle alternatives to choose from here.

I ordered in-store to-go for dinner. There was maybe two other customers when i got there. Waited 35-45 minutes for my food. When I got home and opened my bag they had given me the wrong pasta order with nothing of what I ordered in it. I ordered the penne rosa with parm crusted chicken, no mushrooms. I was given what looks like zucchini noodles with broccoli, mushrooms and grilled chicken. I don't understand how they got it so wrong. They even had the correct order on the bag.
