Smash burger with pumpkin coconut curry soup, poutine with oxtail and kids burger is what was ordered. This is our second time in. First time we had the smash burger and biscuits & gravy.
The service was phenomenal. Kind, thorough explaining the specials and cheerful. The director of operations was serving us and it’s nice to see leadership showing up and taking a service role and doing it well.
The atmosphere is relaxed, has character and is clean. This place has great spins too. Billy Preston to Sade.
This place is becoming a favorite in the FM area. A chill spot with a bit of funk that has class. The food was gone before pics could happen 😆

Came here for lunch today and I would like to say the service was very very excellent. My waiter was so friendly and attentive but the food was iffy. I ordered the nova smashie burger and I felt it tasted bland and the bottom bun was complete mush and so soggy I didn’t finishing eating it. The presentation was also lacking. The French onion soup and the desert were very wonderful tho!

I do not spend a lot of time in Fargo, but after eating at nova, I am telling anyone who is ever going to go there to eat at this place! Delicious food, great service, and you’ll be taken care of! Parking is easy. Anyone from out of town who worries about being able to find a place, it is easily accessible! This would be a great place to book a reservation for family for a holiday get together!

It was my boyfriend and I’s first time coming here, and we’ll definitely coming back. Service was phenomenal. Our server was honest, informative, and attentive when we ate here. The food was amazing, unique, and flavorful. My boyfriend and I were discussing how the dishes were actually made with love when it comes to the portion and flavor. The place was very thought through with the details they have from the outside to its dish. I was very impressed coming here. I highly recommend!

A very eclectic place that tries very hard to be everything and it's not really definite. The service was friendly and attentive but slow. The prices are very reasonable especially for Downtown Fargo and that's a plus. I enjoyed my arugula salad. The cheese curds were over seasoned with what tasted like taco seasoning. Highlights: fresh ingredients, friendly service, good prices. Not sure what this place going for but it's very new so probably just trying stuff out. I feel perplexed but not totally disappointed. I probably will return.

It took big kahunas to fill the much beloved Bernbaum's space--thankfully, Ryan and Nikki's Nova Eatery & Supper Club was up to the task. Whether inexpensive breakfast or lunch, or a swankier dinner (or a light nosh) in the evening, Nova fits the bill. Do yourself a favor, and check them out! Always delicious!
The hashbrowns will change your life, and the staff is AMAZING. 10/10 you have to eat here ASAP.

Ate dinner at the restaurant and got the bone marrow, burger, and pork belly. Food and drinks were delicious. Hospitality was above and beyond as Audrey was very attentive and helpful. She really made the dinner such a great experience and would definitely come back again.
