Orange Julius

Im on a strict diet and they said their smoothies were real fruit bcz ive never been here before i believed it and i noticed smt was off and i looked it up and it has a bunch of fake sugar and calories that make u fat :/ idk why they would lie and say their healthy just completely ruined my day dont go here its horrible and the customer service is bad too

Stopped by because it has been years since I've been there. There was a woman with a small girl in front of me. The clerk was a blonde girl and it was apparent she doesn't like her job very much. She spoke in a snippy and condescending tone the entire time then just plopped some drinks down. The woman asked if those were her drinks and the the blonde clerk gave her her a look like it was the dumbest question she ever heard and said "who's s else would they be" The woman was obviously flustered and grabbed her drinks and left. I looked at the clerk and said "well that was a bit rude" to which she replied " whatever, not my problem" I just looked at her again and left without ordering.
Looking at the previous reviews I can safely assume this is the same clerk priorly mentioned. How she is still employed is beyond me. Management apparently has done nothing to effect change.

My simple statement is

Yikes! I haven't had that much attitude since asking my teen to empty the dishwasher. Looks like this has been happening for over a year so that's disappointing.

Everyone that works their has the worst attitude all the time if you hate your job that much just leave and the won’t fire anyone for whatever reason

The drink was good but the overall experience was terrible. Asked what the difference between the smoothies and the Julius was and got nothing but attitude. If I didn’t like it so much I would never come back.

Had the rudest worker there today, if you hate your job that much then quit. God forbid you have to leave the back room.

We ordered one medium orange Julius and the female worker with blonde hair said the total was $5.47. My fiancé gave her his card and she ran it, pressed a lot of buttons and gave him back his card. He turned away, got a notification for spending $10.26 at Orange Julius.. after she made the smoothie he asked her why he was charged an extra $5 for his order. She immediately responds with “you don’t have to be so rude!”….And then continued to talk back to us - incredible! I’m not sure how she interpreted him being rude for asking her why she over charged him. To me, it seems she was feeling guilty because she was called out for stealing money. I would watch out if you order from Orange Julius! Double check and ask for a receipt from the girl with blonde hair.

Horrible service, every time I go the workers are never there, either on break, in the restroom or in the back. Worker screamed at me "WE'RE CLOSED!" from the back room the other day

We went to get a drink 10 minutes before before closing. The girl looked up at us and said, “She’s our last customer.” And went back to work. We didn’t feel welcome at all and it wasn’t a great experience.

The girl said her name was Amy but had a necklace with a M on it my son went there to get a Julius and she was very rude to him she just threw him his change and was very snotty he’s only 11 yrs old made him feel awkward and disrespected for no reason

Morgan is the rude employee that gives this place all of the bad reviews. She is rude and does roll her eyes at you. I went to grab a drink at 7:50pm. Online says they close at 9pm. I walked up she immediately looks at me says “we’re closed” in an extremely rude way and walks away. Horrible service.

Beyond rude employee tonight...tries calling 4 tines with no answer...showed up at 745 when they close at 8 and were told the 1 customer in front of us was the last order... they hadn't even ordered yet and walked up 2 seconds before us... we said seriously which we were then told \\\"if it's that big of a deal I can take your order\\\"...then continued telling us we are making a big deal of it...in front of the other customers! Very upset and she should certainly not have a job in retail/customer service...nobody should be able to act like that to a paying customer especially when your still supposed to be open for 15 minutes!

They have moved in the mall to the food court area. I don't know it's been a long time since I had a strawberry Julius, but probably won't have one again. It wasn't that good, just sort of blah. Nice service though.
