watched them turn away 15 customers at 11:45 since they close at 12. You seriously cannot use a blender 15 minutes to close? Last time i checked, shouldnt take 15 minutes to blend. lazy workers.
I'm sure that the food's great. But after looking at those order slips, I laughed and walked out. Simplify things, guys. 🤣
My shake tastes like dust. They don’t even let you order at the counter. You must fill out your order on a sheet for them. And they require your personal info (name, phone number, and email) to make a purchase.
It’s a little spendy, good news about that is you get what you pay for! It’s very high quality and delicious! Good for you too. Absolutely recommend!!! With they were open later.

Shake and tea were great! 3 stars because the customer service was not good. 2 people hiding in the back and they didn’t come up to the front when the bell rang as I entered. A couple minutes later one of the employees yelled if there was anyone there. Just seemed impersonal and not professional.
I have been going to osgood nutrition for over 5 years. The service is great, they build relationships with the customers, and are consistent with shake and tea orders! Definitely recommend!!
