Pancheros Mexican Grill - Fargo

My daughter picked this place for her birthday. I couldn't eat it. The food tasted like nothing with hotsauce. Matt refilled the carnitas (pork), which was nice.... but it didn't help the flavor of the bowl.. I was hoping it had some flavor to it... but no...

My daughter thought it was good... at least, it wasn't a total waste...

**UPDATE: Pancheros did reach out, provided an action plan to prevent this from happening again, and gave me some free burritos, which has improved my experience. I have upped my rating due to improved service. I will continue to eat here as they still have the best burritos.**

I ordered a burrito on 9/11 and bit down on what I thought was a piece of bone. No, it was a rock. There was a pebble in my burrito. I don't know if I have any tooth damage from it, but it certainly ruined my burrito. I sent a message about it on the Pancheros website, but after not hearing back for a week, I'm posting this review. Very disappointed as this was my favorite burrito place.

The tall dude and girl with the dreads were pretty cool. They made my food fast even though it was busy in there. Queso is the best.

Horrible management, nothing but attitude from the female with dark hair and darker skin. Not the first time i’ve seen this lady act that way towards not only other employees, but customers. This place needs some serious re-staffing

This is by far better than Chipotle and Qdoba!!! We went there this last weekend the service was excellent and food was very good. Highly Recommend this place

Used to come to Panchero’s often, but the last time I was in the worker triple charged my card. I do believe it was an accident but I told him the transaction had gone through on my end and it had to be a problem on his end. He however kept insisting that even if it charged multiple times I could just call or come back in and get a refund easily so he had me run my card two more times before he was okay with me taking my food. I called and the manager was very apologetic and told me Panchero’s business center would reverse the charges soon. It has been three weeks and no reimbursement has shown up on my end. I have called multiple times and my latest call and message has not even been answered. As a college kid, that extra money goes a long way. I did not want to leave a poor review because I enjoy the food here a lot. This experience however has made me no longer want to go here again.

I went there with my family as a food stop while driving to drop off my sister at college, I personally got the burrito, so did my dad and brother, but my sister got the burrito bowl and said it was veeery good. The workers were very calm and quick! I fully enjoyed eating there. Music was good too, guy with aux cooked.

The workers here always seem to behind. I showed up and there was a line of 6 and it took almost 25 minutes to receive my food. I then asked the worker at check out if they had anymore bottles of one of their hot sauces and it took another 5 minutes to receive that. The worker continued to help other people and then finally went into the cabinet and grabbed me a bottle which took all of 10 seconds. I love the food here at Pancheros, but the service is just awful.

I went in today on 08/04/25 around 8PM and it was piping hot in there. I feel absolutely terrible for the employees. The heat didn’t stop them though, they made one of the best bowls I’ve had yet. Everything was well stocked and they were friendly, kind and fast working despite the awful working conditions.
