Pancheros Mexican Grill - Fargo

The food here is amazing and the staff is very helpful and will do whatever they can to satisfy your needs. You can get pretty good deal here quite frequently such as half off any entree and a free regular size drink with a college ID

I love our local Pancheros. Food is always fresh, great queso, quick service.

First time I’m visiting a Pancheros as we don’t have them where I live and I had always heard good things. The food was good. However, the restaurant isn’t very clean. Very few tables were not clean at 2:51 pm when I was one of two customers in the store. And, the person who made my food acted like he couldn’t be bothered to make it. And then just threw the receipt away without asking and before I could tell him I needed one. He had to reprint it.

The food is good but the health standards are abysmal. The larger black woman with a lazy eye coughed into her hand and went to handle food.

They are always out of things…

My partner and I rarely get to eat pancheros since we live far, but the last couple of times we have come it has been a hostile atmosphere. just a line of young ladies with no gloves and hair down, talking to each other and glaring at us like we aren’t supposed to be there. they talk so softly when they are taking orders and then get visibly and audibly upset when we can’t hear them. they have more than once put topping on our burritos that we don’t ask for or want and then get more upset when we correct them because it’s such a big deal to have to restart the burrito when it was their fault in the first place. absolutely horrid place recently with no food safety standards and obviously no customer service training.

All of the tables were dirty, we were served a tortilla that was pressed and sitting on the line, cold. The staff was sitting on their phones wearing the same gloves they use to make the food.

My friend convinced me to try this place and omg I'm so glad she did. Huge portions, good prices, so yummy. def a new favorite spot.

Sarah and Kaya were awesome! Super friendly, they stopped what they were doing when I came in and not only greeted me but immediately started helping me. Very appreciative of their professionalism and promptness. I will definitely be back to purchase in person again next time! Thanks girls!

Customer service is absolutely awful. If you hate your job and serving customers, go find a new one. Never again based on the rudeness alone.

Just visited the Fargo ND 13th Ave restaurant. We ordered double wrapped burritos. When the lady behind the counter went to wrap our burritos the fillings were squeezing out, I kindly suggested that in the past they just offset the bottom tortilla to help with wrapping. The young lady (somewhat heavier with long hair) was confused and asked this other smaller lady (appeared to maybe be management, had a longer sleeve shirt on that was more professional looking) for help. The management looking lady asked what the issue was and I told her, "in the past they have found that offsetting the bottom tortilla helps." She was so beyond rude we walked away. She asked me if I wanted to go back there and wrap it myself. I told her, knowing that that's a food safety issue (I'm a food service manager with regular food safety training), "no, im just trying to help." She looked right at me, "then let her do her job." At that moment we decided to forego Pancheros and went elsewhere. I feel bad that food waste was created, but there was no way I was letting my son, who at 14 just started working in my restaurant, see that treating customers that way was okay. Some serious job coaching needed in the Fargo store. We live an hour away and it's normally our go-to in Fargo that the entire family can agree on, will be hard pressed to ever return. I'm almost sick that someone could be okay talking to a customer that way.

We god 1 quesodilla and 2 burritos and when they were wrapping the second burrito they were struggling to close it without the insides falling out we offered a suggestion that if they put another shell underneath it and offset it, it will catch the food spilling out but then another person came and asked us if we wanted to come back there and wrap it ourselves... Then said we need to let her do her job. All because we offered advise to them
