Normally I love Panda Express so this is just unfortunately too bad. Was in line 44 minutes. Got no friendly customer service. No apology for the long wait . The food was cold. The rice had this icky burnt taste to it. Have called twice and no response from management. Very disappointed. I understand places get busy but this was a little ridiculous. Let’s do better! Even a simple smile and sorry for the wait would’ve made the experience better.

The only accurate thing this location does is get your order wrong. Order in person. Do not online order and definitely do NOT door dash from this location or your order will be wrong and missing multiple items. They also don't answer their phone.

They gave my order to the wrong door dasher and refused to help at all to remedy the situation and very rude about it
This is my go to everytime I crave for Asian food goodness. I’ve tried others but nothing tastes like what they have to offer. Good taste, reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Outside the trash is overflowing to the point it’s getting stacked around the trashcan. Inside wasn’t much cleaner. Have to clean an empty table if you don’t want to eat at a dirty table. The person in front of me got the same order as I did but got extra scoops of everything and when I asked for that to happen to me the staff looked at me like they didn’t speak English. The only staff member to smile was the cashier. Asked the staff for the restroom code and it didn’t work.

Visited today on 8/1/2025 in a super busy rush hour lunch window. Arrived around 1:20 pm.
Watching the staff work the drive through and the lobby was amazing. They were dealing with some difficult customers and acted professional and happy the whole time.
The man in front of me was particularly hard to deal with and slowed their entire operation by changing his order and adding sides after they had already packed everything, the staff catered to him wonderfully and even accepted his $100 bill payment which they had to to do extra steps to even allow that big of a bill.
Today was a testament to how well service workers perform under pressure and I hope the entire staff gets praise for how much they deal with day to day.
10/10 food (like always)
Happy to support a business like this that runs like a well oiled machine even with incredibly annoying customers.
