My regular stop when motoring through Fargo. Quality and value has decreased over the years. Small sandwiches, mediocre taste and valve. Franchise not delivering the value that once was.

Our order was completely wrong. The food was delicious, just not what we ordered. However, Panera GM was very good and responsive when I let them know and fully refunded me and gave me a coupon. Not sure what was going on inside this particular store, but it did help knowing that Panera quickly and effortlessly fixed the problem.

Was disappointed to find out that Panera took their 10 veggie soup off the menu. Squash soup should not be a choice over the 10 veggie soup!! Had the wild rice and it was ok. Bread was delicious!

i went in with my grandma today. we didn’t get served for about 10 minutes. i also asked for a bowl of soup. but instead she gave me a cup. we also asked for regular sized drinks. and she gave us larges. our cashier was named heather. she didn’t follow directions.

Advertised as a drive thru, but that’s not correct it’s only for mobile pick up.
I just went in to buy my favorite cinnamon crunch bagels. A baker's dozen is a much better price than the price for 6, comparitively speaking.

We stopped for a quick dine-in meal and it did not disappoint. The food is great and the service was quick. The lobby was clean and there were plenty of booths and tables available. The only drawback was some table busing needed to happen. Great stop!

I ordered a salad for delivery. It took almost an hour to deliver and the salad itself doesn't even fill the bowl, also the two dressings in plastic cups are inside the bowl on top of the lettuce.. (Unsanitary). Disappointing for $15.
