I truly am super impressed and amazed by the excellent customer service that the manager has at this Papa John's location. The weather was crappy and when I called he was very helpful and reassuring about my order I placed for delivery that was being held up by DoorDash, and he was going to even go out of his way and drive it to where I was to ensure I got my order and was super understanding when I had offered to send one of my employees to come to the store! If you are looking for a pizza place that truly cares for their customers and the quality of food is amazing, as always, I would recommend coming here.

They were very rude and as a customer that paid over $75 dollars for food and they didn’t even make it . It was suppose to be delivered 12-14-25 at 7:45 the manager said it was there fault. Food should’ve been comp. And Money should’ve been refunded all they did was make excuses and very rude then hung up on me.. I recommend to everyone not to go there at all every person worker was rude and that’s not how you treat your customers

Waited over 2 hours for my pizza. The pizza was doughy and made completely wrong. All the food was cold and tasted terrible. Terrible service, they don’t answer the phone.
Don't go in. Have them deliver. It's like a warehouse. Staff ignore you unless you get their attention. Messy, unkempt. Pizza was fine. Won't go back.

So I live pretty much next-door to Papa John’s so it’s super convenient but lately the new staff has been in their own zone. So when I order a pizza through the app, everything’s smooth and on time.
When I come to pick up the pizza, they look at me and not say anything so I stand there for five minutes waiting for someone to come to me till I have to yell. I’m picking up a pizza.
This is not the first time I had to do this. I swear this keeps it up. I’m bout to just go in the kitchen and grab my own pizza that’s underneath my name. It’s that easy. Just check in with the person waiting at the counter to get their pizza.

Great guys! Good pizza. They just need to remember to add the cheese before running it through the oven. Luckily they noticed when they pulled it out of the oven 😂 of course they made a new one!

I ordered directly through the Papa John’s website, expecting the normal delivery experience. Instead, they secretly outsourced my order to DoorDash because they’re understaffed, and the entire process became a disaster.
The delivery driver texted me over an hour after ordering to say it would be another 1–2 hours because the store was severely behind. I tried calling the store multiple times — no answer at all. So I contacted Papa John’s support, and they told me the store had to cancel it… even though the store won’t pick up the phone. They refused to cancel the order themselves and told me I should “just wait” and then fill out a feedback form later.
So I’m stuck waiting up to 3 hours with no option to cancel, no help from the store, and no help from Papa John’s. The driver can’t cancel it, Papa John’s won’t cancel it, and there’s no way to get through to the restaurant. This is a complete failure of customer service and a terrible system for a major national brand. I’ll think twice before ordering from Papa John’s again.

Ordered a pizza got confirmation email it was ready, when I showed up I was informed the “MANAGER” voided my order. No call. No email nothing for notification of this. While I waited 15 minutes for someone to even talk to me the employees were cussing how much they hate this place ect. First and last time ordering from this establishment

TL;DR after waiting an hour, pizza delivery was delayed 2 hours and they didn't tell me.
Ordered online at the Papa Johns website, said it would be about an hour for delivery - kinda long but OK. Door dash handles the delivery, and twice a dasher showed up after the hour mark just to wait for a bit and then cancel. Finally I called the store and they said they were backed up two hours. Sorry - but to delay a meal 2 hours and NOT tell the customer is COMPLETELY unacceptable.

We ordered delivery through the Papa John's app and Papa John's handed delivery to a 3rd party being door dash. We received 1/3 of our order and half of someone else's order. After an hour and a half on hold we were told that because door dash hadn't finalized the order Papa John's couldn't do anything and we would have to contact door dash to get the problem fixed. Door dash won't fix it because we didn't order through them. We ordered $40 worth of food and received $20 worth and somehow it's our problem to fix even though it was Papa John's that passed it on to a 3rd party delivery service. Whatever it takes to pass responsibility off to someone else seems to be the theme now days.

They were short staffed but they were lit. Let’s just say they not only cooked, but ate as well. My order was cooked perfect, and they went above and beyond. Friendly service, fast, and super efficient. Top notch service. Even when people were getting cranky, they stayed steadfast, and stayed calm. Thank you guys for working hard and putting your heart in it.
