Don't know what happened this time. They are usually 5 stars.... Pizza was not normal, the crust was very thin couldn't pick up pieces stuck to the box and all the cheese slid off

So many times you have delivered to the wrong house. It’s been months but I thought I would give you guys another try. You keep using Door Dash and they put my pizza on the front steps without knocking, when the instructions were to deliver to the customer by hand. Here I find out a half hour later when it’s 3 degrees out and my pizza is frozen. I’m leaving this review to say I’m done ordering my favorite pizza due to the very poor service. Sad.2

I ordered pizza over the food and the guy seemed out of it. I told him I wanted to original heart pizzas one pep sausage one Hawaiian. He repeated back 3 pizzas and I said no just the two heart pizzas, then he repeated back 4 pizzas and I knew something was weird. I kindly repeated my order two more times and I got deliver two heart thin crust pizza one pep sausage and one pep pineapple. I called the 32 store I ordered from and the manager was very stern saying that I didn’t order from this store it must have been the west fargo location and to call them. I was confused, just said thank you for your help, and called the west Fargo location looking for some clarification. Their WONDERFUL manager Thomas answered and informed me that I hadn’t ordered from that location in a year but felt awful for what I was going through. He went above and beyond offering to get the correct pizzas out to me even though my apartment was a distance away! He was so lovely over the phone and completely saved the day! My pizza hero! Needless to say if you want papa John’s order from west Fargo, NOT the 32nd Ave location. THOMAS DESERVES A RAISE AT WEST FARGO!

Always quick and friendly service. I've been trying different combinations of sauces and toppings. Sausage and Alfredo sauce or BBQ chicken with bacon.
We ordered at 6pm, the delivery time was scheduled for 7. I thought that was acceptable. We then received a notification that the delivery was pushed back to 750. It arrived at 8 delivered by a uber. Half the order was gone, the food was cold. The uber driver didn’t speak English and said he never received the other half of the order. I called papa John’s and the insisted it was sent and the driver stole it. Which happens all the time. I never received a refund for anything.
So let me get this straight… you know that there is an issue with drivers stealing but continue to use them? No refund. I’ll never eat there again and certainly will let everyone know.

My pizza has been sitting at the store for over an hour...still has not got here. They don't have normal drivers only using door dashers. Last time I'm ever ordering from here. Last two pizzas were trash and made so poorly.

I just want to warn anyone who wants to try the meatballs. papa J has gone to a new all time low in serving a highly processed meat-like product in the pizza topping line. yes, i know when we decided on having this for our meal that it's just an average-below average pizza for a large group. but come on! this was a very subpar, cheap pizza. I'm no food snob, but from past experiences it's been ok. bottom line, pass on papa johns, not worth the calories.
