How do they manage to get most of my orders wrong and it's typed out on the box??

I had a terrible experience at this Papa John’s. I stood waiting for over 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. When it finally seemed like I might get helped, the staff skipped right over me to assist two DoorDash drivers instead. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful service. Customers in the store should not be ignored while delivery drivers get prioritized. I won’t be coming back.

Best! Atmosphere! Ever! walking in to a place for carry out! There were several people working and every one of them was happy, bubbly and in a great mood. Those types of attitudes are hard to come by...especially for a Saturday night. Well done whoever hires at this location. The food was great too. Hot and fresh!

I’ve ordered three separate times and two of those there were issues. First time they didn’t send the 7 or so dipping sauces I ordered and had to wait an hour for them to get somebody out with them. This last order they hand fill all the marinara cups and I ordered two extra on top of the one it comes with. The contents of all three could fit into a single cup. While $1.70 isn’t much, it’s the principle of the matter. You expect to get what you paid for and they failed with something so simple

The place was not clean. The music was blasting. You could not even hear what the guy was saying. I ordered my food. The app and it said it was done when I came there they gave me the food from somebody else. I drove all the way home then I called the manager and told him hey you gave me the food from somebody else. He’s like oh OK so I brought her back and the lady was waiting for me on a parking lot so I gave her the pizzas and then he came out and told here’s your pizzas. The place was not clean. The atmosphere was not good. The music was blasting very unprofessional and it doesn’t look like nobody really cares. What’s going on the guy that was handling my food. His fingers are very dirty. Then he came up and gave me the pizzas. look like he was halfway asleep. This place needs to be looked at ASAP

It's a good place for Pizza, especially if you want variety.
I made my order at this useless papa John’s place and they were giving unnecessary attitude. I made an order 40 minutes later no call or nothing. I called and they cancelled my order without even calling the number I made to call my order with. The man who was delivering this message was very sassy and rude and he hung up in my ear very unprofessional and a terrible place to work.

they accepted my order and the tracking said it was on its way. it said it would take 40 minutes, been an hour at this point and then they cancelled it?? i understand things happen but don’t accept an order if you can’t deliver it?

Pizza was fine but got two pizza sauces that were not even a quarter full, it was bad, like I'm talking maybe a teaspoon in there. I had to pay extra so it honestly made me a bit angry.

They added a tip to my pick up order after I picked it up. I did not leave a tip. I tried to get a hold of a manager but was unsuccessful. I was able to dispute it with the payment company. But I will not return despite it being the closest one to my home. It's just plain stealing.
