they accepted my order and the tracking said it was on its way. it said it would take 40 minutes, been an hour at this point and then they cancelled it?? i understand things happen but don’t accept an order if you can’t deliver it?

Pizza was fine but got two pizza sauces that were not even a quarter full, it was bad, like I'm talking maybe a teaspoon in there. I had to pay extra so it honestly made me a bit angry.

They added a tip to my pick up order after I picked it up. I did not leave a tip. I tried to get a hold of a manager but was unsuccessful. I was able to dispute it with the payment company. But I will not return despite it being the closest one to my home. It's just plain stealing.

Ordered for pickup at 5:45 PM Got to store at 5:40. After 5 minutes finally talked to someone who said it would be another 20-25 minutes. I get it, you're busy. Still there at 6:25 get someone's attention again. Give my name. He grabs 2 boxes. I tell him it's 2 pizzas and 1 cheesestick so should be 3 boxes. Another 10 minutes go by and get a 3rd box. 1 pizza, 2 cheesestick. Confusion is running amok. Finally the "manager" makes my missing pizza. I finally get my order an hour after requested. This location is dead to me.

Never again. I haven't ordered Domino's in 3 years and this Papa Johns is next. No more big box stores. Local pizza resturants and bars only and I will pick it up myself. Pre-order pizza 3 hours in advance and this is what we end up with. 50 MINUTES LATE and cold as a snowman.

I was super disappointed last time we ordered that they literally did not deliver our pizza at all, but a month later we tried again, and guess what? ANOTHER NON DELIVERY!! What in the actual fork are you guys doing over there?? why take delivery orders if you NEVER get them out to people?! absolutely ridiculous. then I call and they keep hanging up the phone after having to listen to some bro, trying to upsell me more toppings! WORST PAPA JOHNS EVER!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Very little sauce and meat and veggies. This was my second time we have been at this location. First time it had lots of sauce, meat, and veggies. That's what brought us back.

If I could give 0 stars I would, forgot some of our items on a delivery order. Called the store and the manager was extremely disrespectful… stating “the customer is not always right” and “if you want a refund you need to come to the store because you paid cash.” Kind of defeats my purpose of a delivery order. I’ve never been so rudely talked to on the phone with a “manager” before. All I am is out money I paid something for, and got cold pizza to go with it. Never again will I order from here.

Awful experience ordering from here tonight. They clearly don't have drivers so doordash had to deliver. But it took so long for doordash to pick up the food once it was done and deliver it... that the food was ice cold. No one wants ice cold delivery for dinner. Reached out through their online system... no help... no contact from the store. Basically took my money and provided me with nothing in return.
