I wish that I had read the reviews first.I hadn't ordered here in over a year. I remembered loving their pizza and food deals.We ordered 2 pizzas and cheese bread. Ranch sauce because the tomorrow sauce is tough on my husband's stomach .we couldn't eat our pizzas. I think it's the ranch sauce that's rancid. It was so bad! We had to throw away $30 in food and that was my budget for food for the weekend..

We've tried this location several times, but always end up waiting a very long time to actually get our food (even after placing the order online and showing up when it should be ready). The food is good, but there seems to need to be improvement with efficiency.

Waited up front for one of the associates to walk back from hiding...once they finally came out, he literally said no words the whole process. Ordered light sauce only for them to slather sauce all over both pizzas (not to mention they gave me Italian seasoning packets instead of Parmesan)... Missing my grand forks pizza places.Dietary restrictions: The sauce is hard on my stomach , hence ordering light sauce.

Good food when made right, though the wings an not "tossed in buffalo sauce" and more like lightly drizzled in it, but I would heavily advise you to choose carryout over delivery unless you want a pizza taco that is almost folded in half.

They wouldn’t honor one of their coupons. It didn’t expire for 2 more weeks. They just said we don’t do those anymore. I walked out without taking the order and the manager yelled, “F you! Get back here!” Needless to say, Papa John’s isn’t even the best pizza in West Fargo. No need to go back there again.

I’m currently still standing inside the store. Order said it was done at 7pm. It’s now 7:36pm. There’s 3 people behind the counter and instead of asking customers inside what is missing they’re continuing to make more orders without catching up on the ones missing in the store. Unless you stop someone and ask them about your order status, they don’t ask. I’ve asked twice if I should continue to stand and wait and the response both times was we are understaffed and it’ll be coming shortly. It’s mind blowing how non caring the staff was about the people waiting for the orders in the store that were said to have been completed.Oh I forgot to mention, I tried to call and cancel, but they didn’t answer the phones. How can one cancel an online order if they don’t answer the phone?

I hope tonight was an exception to the usual. I've ordered here a couple times as we've been at Sanford Children's a bunch and it's been okay. Tonight after an hour past the order ready notification they had no idea where my food was so I requested a refund and went elsewhere.
Got all my orders except the drink. I called the delivery driver and he said he'd bring it to. 45 min goes by and I call again and he said the same thing. It has not been 2 1/2 hours and I haven't received anything. I tried calling the store about 5 times throughout the process and not one person answered. It's just the soda but I paid for it. I would have liked to enjoy my meal with the soda I paid for. Will not order from that location ever again.

Food is good, but they can never get my order, right. They never give me the sauce I want even though it says it on the box and i order Tucson 6 cheese sticks and they always give me the regular cheese sticks also says it on the box. I just want my order right

Scheduled my order 1.5 hours in advance. Went to pick up my pizzas and they didn't have my full order ready. once I got everything found out they didn't prepare either pizza as I ordered.

I called on Saturday to place a large order that ended up being 30 pizzas for Monday night, I wanted to give a couple days heads up. They kept asking me to call back because they were too busy, so I did, and did, and did. Then the last time I called they took my number saying they were going to call me back, which they never did. I forgot to call on Sunday since I worked. Then Monday I called multiple times with no answer at all, and when I did the manager was very short and rude to me since he said that the extension I used was only for complaints and for that type of order I have to give a 24 hour notice. I did try to give a TWO DAY heads up however no one would take my call or call me back. THANKFULLY the South Fargo store took my order with a TWO HOUR heads up with NO PROBLEM. Definitely will not go through this store again it will be other Papa John's in the future. Very frustrating, but I commend the South Fargo location for accommodating with ease.
