“There must have been 50 people standing in and outside the location. It was a busy night with the Jack-O-Lantern pizza special. The crew was working so hard and I appreciate everything that they were able to accomplish. Don't focus on the few customers that were rude. Focus on the customers who appreciate you.“

“I ordered my NYXL as in the past from Prescott Valley store. The first few bites were fine but then caused a terrible taste and made my mouth inflammation like black pepper. I stopped eating it called the store at 5pm and spoke to a man who identified himself as the supervisor. since I had an un-eaten pizza I wanted a replacement for dinner. He advised they don't use anything that makes it hot except the spices. He refused to acknowledge the terrible taste. My mouth is burning and I was unable to sleep Friday. Either their "spices" addition is bad or the employee exceeded designed portions. Beware of this February 21, 2025!“

“I had just bought their stuffed crust pizza for the first time today. I've had their other pizzas the only issue I have was when the stuff crust was baking it was leaking cheese pass the baking tray onto my oven and not allowing me to cook the pizza completely like I would have had liked.“

“No doubt beginning to sound like a recording here but the store keeps delivering on their promises. The rewards program is excellent, the staff (Chloe and Ciara) are cordial and aim to please, site is convenient, and I am a regular weekly patron and will continue to be unless something goes terribly wrong. Who's your daddy, Papa?“
